My experience today was a masterclass in professionalism by the three young employees behind the counter. I wish I knew their names, because they deserve all the praise and a nice pay raise for their efforts today. Ahead of me were two of the most obnoxious, ignorant, entitled women I have ever encountered. They commandeered the line for a lengthy period of time, ordering sandwich after sandwich, while face-timing to figure out what everyone else wanted (20 minutes at minimum; possibly longer). You can place an order ahead of time, folks. It's not that hard. The employees working this evening remained extremely professional, despite the ignorant behavior by these customers. When they finally and mercifully left the premises and I received my food, I commented those young people for their efforts in the face of that challenge and tipped them for that alone. To the owner of this location, whoever was working behind the counter past 5pm today deserves your thanks and respect. Give them a nice raise.

Consistently great subs (and salads). But I do miss them cooking their own roast beef. Can't get it rare like I prefer but still good.

It was great, but there is one employee who is causing a problem. I always order the same thing, but this one young lady charged me more than anyone else. Interestingly, her coworker was reading a negative review from someone else at that very moment.

I was here the other day and i was very upset with the service and i cant explain enough to why i will not be returning here again i dont know who to go to but the manager here should not be a manager me and 2 other acquaintances of mine came in and right away she gave us a dirty look and had a attitude the whole time ive been coming here since yall have open and i will not be returning back here and i do place big catering orders now and then but not no more i will be taking my business else where

Be cautious ordering online. Almost every time I order online my order is never correct. Idk how hard it is to read the receipt. I think I know why…it’s because they move so fast in there that they do not pay attention. The manager is very fast and you can tell she expect her employers to move at a fast past. At least provide quality service and give me what I asked for. I am spending my money. Also the manger does not have a friendly attitude.

I walked in right before closing and the staff was amazing! I was given a discount because they ran out of lettuce. They took their time making the sandwich to my liking and I just appreciated the the customer care. My experience was a 5++++ and my food was too!

This is totally unacceptable for this grill to be this dirty. Once I seen how nasty this grill was I walked right out without ordering anything!!!
So I’m changing my review because after my last one which is listed below I went back and my order was remade. The staff this time was absolutely amazing. I spoke with Tray on the phone before arriving and his staff for the day was unaware of my last issue but they were great! I entered into an energetic atmosphere with smiles and cheer! My order was correct made very good and ready for pick up! Thanks so much for the experience!I got the wrong bread for all 3 sandwiches all three were supposed to have lettuce and one was missing that and the mayo was missing

This store has horrible customer service. Angel the Manager is the worst and the employees follow her and now the food is following the bad atmosphere. They always have hard bread. Never fresh, very slow, get attitudes when you don't rush your order. I got tuna and it was not weighed. Everything is supposed ro be weighed. Stood ro the side and watched them grilling my food while engaging in horseplay. Dude told me I did not have to stand and watch them making my food so he could continue to get his conversation going. This place needs a visit from the health department. This is a public place and the Manager Angel told me I do not have to come in to this place. Accused me of taking photos of employees. Nottttt. She does not like that I come in and always catch them slipping. They should be honest admit, they are slack. They play entirely too much when customers are in the store and throw the food together any type of way. Don't bother calling the headquarters. They couldn't give a rats a.....They have the wrong employees in this neighborhood. Hood is what this location is. No stars do they get from me.
