I ordered 2 subs and the one was a BLT for my pregnant wife and on the bag said BLT but when I got home she was pissed it was only bread, cheese and bacon missing the lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise. How do you screw up a BLT sandwich it’s not that hard.

The food is always good but not the customer service. The guy with the short “Jerry curl” or whatever was in his head was rude and sassy. I wouldn’t have him on the front line.

This place used to be one of the best places to eat but now that they have new people working in there The lines are too long And the food isn't all that great anymore I'm not sure what happened but they need to get the old crew back I just got a text message from you guys telling me that y'all miss me I won't be back until y'all have better people working in there

Tall blonde chic with the glasses attitude sucks and she shouldn’t be on the front line !!!Manger ended up making my food due to her unprofessional behavior!!My food was delicious #13 is a must have !!

I was SHOOK. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. They asked me about my day and if I was doing anything exciting for the weekend. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to offer customer service and a great experience and you just don’t see that very much anymore.

TENT MY PARTY

AMIYA was so nice, pleasant, patient and kind to one of your elderly customers that I had to ask her name and write a review. There was a really tall, blonde employee helping one of your elderly customers at 1st and she was so rude and impatient with the woman. The woman asked for very little oil and the tall blonde woman poured what seemed like a like a half bottle out of spite, then she told the woman she had to get on the grill and walked away midway in making her sandwich. Thats when Amiya helped the woman and made all that was wrong right! I was so impressed with how she made that woman feel . Great customer service and just plain old decency and respect is what every growing business is made and Amiya is truly a blessing to your business. I lost my grandparents so to see a old person mistreated is bothersome to me , im glad Amiya understands the value in simply being nice.

I used to like this place but now they don’t start preparing the mobile orders until you get there. I guess they don’t understand the whole purpose of ordering ahead This is so stupid. I hope it gets corrected. I won’t come here if you keep wasting my time. i’m doing an update. This is August 17, 2025. I got an offer to pick up at this location in Joppa. They had not started the sandwich yet and did not start it until they finished the line they had in the store, it took them 25 minutes to make two sandwiches absolutely ridiculous. They need to treat the online orders as if there’s someone standing in line and take them in the order that they come in this definitely needs fixed horrible service and they have a full staff.

Online orders take priority over customers actually in the store. I've walked out with co workers the last 3 times and went elsewhere. Atleast a 40 minute wait for your lunch on prior occasions. I'm done.

I left a negative review for this store several months ago. However, it's important to give credit were credit is due. When I brought issues to management's attention, immediate action was taken, and I have noticed a substantial improvement in service and quality of subs.
