I got the Club. Meat is not premium quality. Just regular lunch meat. Turkey and ham was bland!!!

I was there today I have vision problems I can’t see well .and the black girl who was taking my order was very mean and nasty towards how she talks to me. The tall white guy was helpful and friendly. I’m black myself . I would never step foot in there again

Staff sucks, pushy and rude

Yesterday I ordered 8 sandwiches for a family gathering. To make it easier on staff the order was written down to include sandwich numbers and toppings to go on each sandwich. The young woman who prepared the toppings was rude and literally threw each sandwich down to the point that the toppings were spilling out. I did not say anything but did say a prayer for her. Unfortunately the customer service that she displayed was horrible. The staff at the register were pleasant. Kudos to them!

I paid 22.00 for an Italian cold cut …wrote everything down on line in specified place….I said I wanted it mikes way the totally ignored everything…have the reps who are preparing order toREAD….terrible Paid for bacon was charged none received

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at Jersey Mikes. The service was horrible and the staff was even worse, slamming things and getting angry. The food wasn’t made correctly and we were treated as if we had done something wrong. I believe this was a totally racial issue. I will never go back to this location ever again!!!

Got a gluten bun when gluten free was requested, wife got ill because she has Celiac disease and even small amounts cause issues. They're usually really good about it though.

My experience today was a masterclass in professionalism by the three young employees behind the counter. I wish I knew their names, because they deserve all the praise and a nice pay raise for their efforts today. Ahead of me were two of the most obnoxious, ignorant, entitled women I have ever encountered. They commandeered the line for a lengthy period of time, ordering sandwich after sandwich, while face-timing to figure out what everyone else wanted (20 minutes at minimum; possibly longer). You can place an order ahead of time, folks. It's not that hard. The employees working this evening remained extremely professional, despite the ignorant behavior by these customers. When they finally and mercifully left the premises and I received my food, I commented those young people for their efforts in the face of that challenge and tipped them for that alone. To the owner of this location, whoever was working behind the counter past 5pm today deserves your thanks and respect. Give them a nice raise.

It was great, but there is one employee who is causing a problem. I always order the same thing, but this one young lady charged me more than anyone else. Interestingly, her coworker was reading a negative review from someone else at that very moment.
