My experience today was a masterclass in professionalism by the three young employees behind the counter. I wish I knew their names, because they deserve all the praise and a nice pay raise for their efforts today. Ahead of me were two of the most obnoxious, ignorant, entitled women I have ever encountered. They commandeered the line for a lengthy period of time, ordering sandwich after sandwich, while face-timing to figure out what everyone else wanted (20 minutes at minimum;...

It was great, but there is one employee who is causing a problem. I always order the same thing, but this one young lady charged me more than anyone else. Interestingly, her coworker was reading a negative review from someone else at that very moment.
