Jersey Mike's Subs

I normally don’t have issues there but tonight was reficulas ! It felt very races. I’m far from that my partner is not white. But that being said when I got there, there was a woman behind there putting Fixins on a sub which was not the woman in front of me and then there was a woman there young lady was cutting cheese. I stood there probably for about five minutes and then the young girl came back and said do you need me back? She said oh no I stood there for another five minutes before she even took us up. The lady had to redo myself because she didn’t listen to me. I was in there, probably about 40 minutes it was ridiculous. Never had a problem before, but I did and I felt like she did not wanna take my order because of my color that’s how I felt She did not communicate or anything with anybody that was not her race pretty messed up. this is why our young ones for the way they are. Ww should love and respect every one who deserves it! Stay safe Love oneanither

Jersey mikes is (was, before the black rock acquisition) my favorite national sandwich chain. However, this particular franchisee chooses to reduce protein portion sizes and they use significantly less than any other location I’ve visited. I know this is not just a once off thing because I live closest to this one so I usually frequent this one out of convenience . I’ll take the extra drive to Ellicott city or Linthicum next time

I came here right about when they opened. Everything was clean, displayed well and very organized. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great experience.

My husband placed an online order for the Hot Honey chicken cheese steak and a Spicy Chicken chicken cheesesteak. I'm allergic to onions, and even though I specified no onions, I could smell the onions on the sandwich and my throat started to itch when he brought it in the house and closer investigation revealed that the sandwich was covered in onions. Clearly no one paid any attention to the order specification. This upsets me bc my husband hates Subway and I thought that we had found a decent alternative option. Guess not

I ordered the original mini sub with bacon through Uber Eats. I found a bite of bacon not even a half a slice. It was doused in vinegar and it sucked. Every time I order from that location they screw the order up or they're just really chinchi with their bacon which makes no sense for the money they make.

Food is always good! Most times servers are on top of making my sandwich but easily corrected! Atmosphere is a typical sub shop!! Faithful customer!!!

Love getting sandwiches from this place. I get one way too often, but they're so good. Everyone who works there has been nice to me. But seriously, those subs are great. Try one!
