I have never had a problem with this store until now. I'm extremely disappointed and actually VERY irked with an employee of the Washington blvd store. I had placed an online order and paid online. When ordering, it did not give me the option to order the spicy dill pickle chips I like, or a regular bottle of Pepsi. So when I went in to pick up my order, I noticed they had both of those things in the store, despite the website not offering them as options. So I retrieved the chips and the bottle of Pepsi and went and stood inline. The lady in front of me was ordering a sub so she let me go in front of her to pay, which was very nice. I paid for my items, no issues. I had also ordered a fountain soda for my boyfriend with my online order, and as I'm going to fill the soda up, this employee walks up to the register and starts taking her gloves off and says, " I can help you check out right here" like totally loud and rude. Mind you, this is not the person that has been checking everyone out at the register. And after I looked at her, totally confused for a moment, I composed myself and said, "I've already paid...". And with that, she gave me a dirty look and very loudly and RUDELY stated, "GOOD!" I was totally taken aback and bewildered about why she had attacked me verbally like that. I had literally just walked away from the register after paying. The more I took in what had happened, the angrier I became. I had my sunglasses and hood on, it's raining right now and I have pink eye. I'm not sure why, but totally made me feel like she thought I was trying to steal something. And once I said I had paid, instead of saying okay or apologizing, they was she basically yelled GOOD and had an attitude about it, like I'm totally irritated. I did nothing to deserve to be treated like that. I get that working in customer service and the food industry isn't a walk in the park, but that lady needs to seriously re-evaluate the way she talks to people. Her tone was very accusatory and I did nothing to make her think I was stealing or doing anything wrong. How absolutely rude. I'm not sure if I will even go back to this place because of that encounter. Wow.

Food is good for what it is. Service is lacking and I'm concerned about cleanliness. Literally watched an employee make food, hand it out, blow her nose in a tissue, she wiped her hands down the front of her apron and went right back to work. No hand washing of any kind.

One of my favorite places to go if I'm in a hurry & want something quick. This one is located in the shopping center on Washington blvd. Which means usually you have parking but certain times of the day it can be a headache. But the service is always excellent when I come. Plus it's always multiple people working back there unlike most of the food places in the area so it provides for much better service. Today I was treated to a special surprise as I was ordering my food the gentleman preparing my sandwich shared some of his dad jokes wit me (djm I love corny things like this). It's just something bout people that go outta their way to try & brightens other's days that makes me smile. But now back to the sandwich I got the club supreme wit everything no tomatoes add chipotle mayo, bag of chips & drink combo for around $15.

Their was no bread only wraps and bowls.. They manager did nothing to compensate me for the inconvenience.. Will Never Eat From This Location Again. Worse service ever..

Some jerseys Mikes is ok the last one I went to the bread was so hard the cheese I had to pick the cheese off the top no my bread rose Mary bread with a little cheese on top also the floor had soooo much trash on it but I love Washington boulevard Jersey Mike's it's always nice and clean
