Soo I ordered online to pick-up. The service was quick and we did not need to wait for the sandwiches. I took stars off b/c it was not prepared as I requested. I added banana peppers to my order and xtra xtra lettuce. None of what I ordered customized was on the sandwich. The meat felt like slivers and there was barely any letters. No salt, no pepper, and barely any oil and vinegar all of which I asked for in Mikes Way.. disappointed in Jersey Mike's once again :-(

Always super fast but the customer service could use some work. Sometimes they seem like they're rushing so much that they don't really take the time to be patient and listen. I went about 3 weeks ago and my food was very good but they lacked the ingredients to make the sandwich
Just seen much smaller than my previous experiences there and even at other stores
My biggest issue with this store is the fact that there were two young ladies who worked the front counter. They look like they just rolled out of bed and came to work.
As women we should want to look our best but these young ladies as beautiful as they were had on bonnets and this was acceptable to management.
Don't know that I want people who don't care about their appearances fixing my sandwich.
And why is management okay with it??
Though my sandwich wasn't as great as it always is I would have had no problem returning because I do really like the location but I can't get over the bonnets lol

The food is up to par and that is their only redeeming quality. The service was terrible. Nobody acknowledged us when we came in. We made eye contact with the 2 workers in the front and the young lady in the back, but they never even said hello. The workers literally chose to continue a conversation with their friend for over 5 min before they asked us if we knew what we wanted. We gave our orders and the guy acted as if we were bothering him, but at least he spoke to us. He got my name wrong, which is really hard to do, but at that point i no longer cared. The young lady in the back prepared my sandwich and she did a good job, but when she brought out to me, I looked her in the eye and said thank you and she just slid my sandwich to me across the table and turned around without saying anything. Also their music choices left a lot to be desired. I definitely wasn’t in the mood to hear nba youngboy at Jersey mikes. I encourage anyone reading this to avoid this place at all costs; go somewhere where they’re happy to earn your business.

I have to say this Jersey Mikes is amazing. I did a corporate catering with 15 packed lunch boxes needed for a swift pickup for arrival to the client. I hope I spell everyone’s names correctly out of memory but Nisha Armstrong, Terrell Avery, and Mango Spriggs were amazing. They had everything packed and ready by the time I got there. Mango was phenomenal to work with as they helped coordinate and manage the process. They even added to the order with an emergency sub I needed for a vegetarian member of my clientele. Thank you for making the process easy and desirable for repetition. Next time I visit a customer here I will 110% consider your catering again.

The customer service at the NORTHWOOD AND THE LUTHERVILLE ONE IS AMAZING I STARTED GOING TO THE ONE IN LUTHERVILLE WHEN I LIVED THERE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALWAYS A VIBE🩷🩷now that I live in the city I found one that I absolutely love great customer service and YOU NEVER EVER HAVE TO TELL THEM TO CHANGE THEIR GLOVES AT EITHER LOCATION THEY JUST DO IT❤️and after working in healthcare for over 30 years the fact that they know the importance of CHANGING YOUR GLOVES FREQUENTLY MAKES ME ALWAYS COME BACK ❤️❤️I love the taste of the food the cleanliness of the business and the positive vibes from the staff everyone at these locations LOVE TO BE AT WORK ITS A ENERGY U GET WHEN U WALK IN😊

I came in and ordered a sub and a sub in a tub. Although the person who took the order repeated it back to me correct, I received the wrong sub and bowl. I happened to be Nextdoor the next day and went in to the store to tell an employee about my experience. I expected a sorry, especially since I didn’t have my receipt. Sayvon apologized and took the order and confirmed it was correct before preparing it. I was bother surprised and appreciative of his amazing customer service. Kudos Sayvon! Thank you!

I stopped in to pick up lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the sandwich I had. I ordered chicken bacon ranch, and sometimes, the stores put too much ranch on a sandwich. I got home, opened the wrapper, and was surprised at how big the sandwich was. The bread was super soft, and I enjoyed the sub. I will be back. I will pick Jersey Mike’s over Jimmy John’s.

Stopped here for the first time at this location since we were in the area. The service was great but the food was not I expected. I only and always order the Club sub, mikes way of course and I barely had any vinaigrette on the sub but that wasn't the worst part! The bacon on the sub was SO HARD that I had to take the sandwich apart and remove all of the bacon off since it was hard as a rock! My first two bites of the sub were like biting into a sub with little rocks, as the bacon was so hard that it cracked not crunched as I tried to chew it. I ended up spitting those out before then removing all of the bacon off. I thought the bacon that was out looked fresh, but it obviously WAS NOT!! We go to Jersey Mike's for the great food, but at this location we didn't get to enjoy that so we'll stick to the Spectrum drive location where everything is actually fresh!!

Lately, I've been craving a Turkey and Cheese, and Jersey Mike's didn't disappoint. I ordered the Regular Turkey and Provolone on Rosemary Parmesan Bread, added Mike's Way minus the lettuce, added hots, pickles, and mayo. I was greatly satisfied considering a couple of days ago that I ended up at a competitors establishment and ordered a Turkey and Cheese with barely any meat on it. Please keep up the quality and consistency in your subs. Thank you.
