I typically order my food using the app. I placed my order through the Jersey Mike's app to get the rewards and gave a time to pick up. Got there and my order was just out on the counter as I got there. The place was packed and the cashier was quick getting to me. The food was great. Will repeat.

Erin needs some customer service classes so I ordered take out but the sandwich I ordered came with pepperoni and I like them but can't eat them cause they give me heart burn so I asked can it be sub for another meat I wish I could let yall hear how she said no you would have thought I asked for her paycheck

Edit: contacted the store for a remake and there were no issues with service. The bread was better but I think they just have a different version from the other locations. It was better just not the best. Love the gluten free snicker doodles.I guess they changed the gluten free bread or the bread was old. Today it was horrible. I literally threw all of the bread away. Should’ve gotten my 1.50 back for extra cost to have gluten free bread.

I had the worst experience at this Jersey Mike’s. I went Sunday, April 28th. I ordered a regular #7 that comes with 3 tomatoes. The girl gave me 1 nice size sliced tomato and the 2 slices were the end pieces of a tomato and they were very smalll…I asked the worker if she can give me a different slice due to the last slice being extremely small. She gave me a different slice which was the exact same size as the other one…So I said “Miss can u give me a bigger piece. She then says”OK(with attitude)you did not have to get loud”. At that point I was annoyed because no where at any time did I get loud…I may have showed annoyance but loud I was not. So because of the attitude she continued to give me. I let her know the difference between speaking in normal voice and speaking loudly. The worker next to her moved her over so she could make my sandwich, at that time a gay guy with dread locks came from the back hollering at me going off on me not knowing what happened…the argument escalated and momentarily the manager came from the back and told me to leave the store and AGAIN not knowing what happened. The gay guy that works there is a hot mess and if he’s not contained there will definitely be a situation in that store one day. Men like him like to argue with women( cause he definitely wouldn’t have came off at a man like that). He came from behind the counter acting like he wanted something to drink from the machine just to antagonize me. It makes no sense how that man was acting towards me when he had nothing to do with or even knew what happened. The fact that I patronize the store at least once a week is saddening. The guy had stated that the girl that was making my sandwich was under 18 like that meant something. Because her age didn’t mean anything when she was disrespecting me. I’m a 53 year woman who deserved to be treated better than I was. To say all this is to say that this store is the WORST Jersey Mike’s in the city. It’s ghetto and so are the people. I have never been so humiliated before in my life. All because a child got in her feelings and felt the need to not only disrespect her elder but disrespect a customer for no damn reason.
