Edit: contacted the store for a remake and there were no issues with service. The bread was better but I think they just have a different version from the other locations. It was better just not the best. Love the gluten free snicker doodles.I guess they changed the gluten free bread or the bread was old. Today it was horrible. I literally threw all of the bread away. Should’ve gotten my 1.50 back for extra cost to have gluten free bread.

I had the worst experience at this Jersey Mike’s. I went Sunday, April 28th. I ordered a regular #7 that comes with 3 tomatoes. The girl gave me 1 nice size sliced tomato and the 2 slices were the end pieces of a tomato and they were very smalll…I asked the worker if she can give me a different slice due to the last slice being extremely small. She gave me a different slice which was the exact same size as the other one…So I said “Miss can u give me a bigger piece. She then says”OK(with attitude)you did not have to get loud”. At that point I was annoyed because no where at any time did I get loud…I may have showed annoyance but loud I was not. So because of the attitude she continued to give me. I let her know the difference between speaking in normal voice and speaking loudly. The worker next to her moved her over so she could make my sandwich, at that time a gay guy with dread locks came from the back hollering at me going off on me not knowing what happened…the argument escalated and momentarily the manager came from the back and told me to leave the store and AGAIN not knowing what happened. The gay guy that works there is a hot mess and if he’s not contained there will definitely be a situation in that store one day. Men like him like to argue with women( cause he definitely wouldn’t have came off at a man like that). He came from behind the counter acting like he wanted something to drink from the machine just to antagonize me. It makes no sense how that man was acting towards me when he had nothing to do with or even knew what happened. The fact that I patronize the store at least once a week is saddening. The guy had stated that the girl that was making my sandwich was under 18 like that meant something. Because her age didn’t mean anything when she was disrespecting me. I’m a 53 year woman who deserved to be treated better than I was. To say all this is to say that this store is the WORST Jersey Mike’s in the city. It’s ghetto and so are the people. I have never been so humiliated before in my life. All because a child got in her feelings and felt the need to not only disrespect her elder but disrespect a customer for no damn reason.

Placed an order online at 4:40 says it’ll be ready at 5:04 okay no problem. Get there at 5:14 and the order was never started. Lady behind the counter said it would be 30 minutes more before they get to my order as there busy with the customers in the store versus online orders and 3 orders in front of mine. I’m sorry this isn’t okay. When I complained she told me to get over it or she’ll cancel my order and I can in her words get the hell out. NOT OKAY. I spend $65 on food I expect it to be done when I arrive and not treated like trash from this garbag establishment. I’ll drive to the one in timonium atleast they have respect for customers. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Ordered 3 sandwiches only one was right. This Is THEY WORST Chicken Bacon Ranch sub I have ever had bone dry like were is the Ranch dressing were are the pickels everything! The problem is you can only see but so much when they grill. Also had to ask for my sides. If you're going to ask a customer what they want and how if your not going to do it don't ask. Won't go there again !! Ruined my dinner!

The subs were well made & great taste. The customer service was great & the staffs suggestion for toppings spot on. However, floor area were staff was working covered with food droppings, as well as food prep counter areas front and back (which they kept putting the knives back on those surfaces., fountain drink area discarded trash as well on that counter. This location is a great spot. I just need them to be a little cleaner.
The worst worst so called Cheese steak sub I ever had. Like the old lady used to say back in the day. Where's the beef??, First time and last going to this place. My wife and daughter's cold cut had plenty of meat. I had a salad subs. Mike should go back to Jersey with that. ?

The first cheese fake sub came from Jersey Mike's in Havenwood shopping center Baltimore md near Morgan State University. The second Cheese steak came from Jonhs's Italian Deli in Halethorpe. Mike need to go back to Jersey with that . In Baltimore we like Cheese steaks subs, not salad subs.

This location is so bad they always somehow manage to mess your sandwich up it never fails. Just do yourself a favor and go to a different location unless you're getting a cold cut. If you can't just cross over to Sunny's Sub
