Jimmy John's

Staff was great. Food was ok. First time at a Jimmy John's.... I will return again but only if I can't see other similar places nearby. Restaurant was very clean. Great seating. Was busy but staff kept it rolling quickly. There was a conference in town so understandable the busyness.

This was by first and last time at this Jimmy John because of this worker right here!
I came to Jimmy John on my birthday and I asked for a sandwich the #15 and she said it has to be an original sandwich and she had an attitude and was very nasty and refuse to be polite.

I said I will take the #3 which is the one without cheese and Jimmy John’s removes the inside of the bread and I asked her if she could please put it on the side for me and not throw it away.. she said she won’t do it. That she will just leave the bread as it is. I said no I want the inside removed and to be on the side and she said she won’t do it because she does not want to.

Then another issue arise I said I want everything on my sandwich with pickles on the side.. and she refuse to put the small pickles in a container on a side for me but I always Go to Jimmy John’s and I always get the same thing but this one was the first and last time.

I do not believe she should be working here and honestly should be fired. No customer service and very rude. She refused to serve a customer on their birthday and honoring their wish.

At the end I asked for her name she refused to give it to me because she is afraid and I am making this review and report this Jimmy John’s store.

I'm honestly not a fan of the chain - they tend to be overpriced, understaffed, and the food is hit or miss. That said, this location seems to be a bit above average - perhaps because of its location to downtown Baltimore and the touristy inner harbor. Grabbed a few sandwiches the past few years when staying at nearby hotels for work and it's a decent spot and the staff is usually polite, but not always super friendly or fast.

I just walked in to pick up my online order. There’s a girl in here right now with red hair and AirPods in. When I walked in she didn’t greet me. She was sitting down on her phone. Not making my sandwich. She began making my sandwich without washing her hands. I wish there was a manager here to speak with.

Unsanitary, rude, and just an awful experience. One of the workers handling our food wasn’t wearing gloves. We had questions about the sandwiches and they were so rude to us. The music was way too loud and the guy behind the counter cared more about singing and texting than helping.

They care about people a lot. The level service and quality is amazing. Definitely recommend. Lovely music and fresh air!

Food is always fresh. The staff is friendly. There is space to sit outside and enjoy the weather AND it is at a light rail stop if you need transportation. Perfect place

I ordered my food (a ham sub) in the middle of telling the cashier what I wanted I was interrupted all the cashier said was mayonnaise? And I said wait no I want lettuce tomato onion pickles mayo. She said ok rudely and then I got my sub to my hotel and it’s a chicken salad sub with just mayonnaise. I would like the be listened to next time so I can actually order and get my correct food. The whole experience was just not good.

The customer service isn’t bad, i love the Sandwiches. How they make it, etc. If you want convenient food then come here.
