I ordered my food (a ham sub) in the middle of telling the cashier what I wanted I was interrupted all the cashier said was mayonnaise? And I said wait no I want lettuce tomato onion pickles mayo. She said ok rudely and then I got my sub to my hotel and it’s a chicken salad sub with just mayonnaise. I would like the be listened to next time so I can actually order and get my correct food. The whole experience was just not good.

The customer service isn’t bad, i love the Sandwiches. How they make it, etc. If you want convenient food then come here.
Total bad experience, and it's unfortunate. However, the cashier handed a customer their change. Then proceeded to make my sandwich, when I called him out on it ,he nonchalantly said do I want it or not. That location needs to be revamped immediately. Also train people not to touch money then make sandwiches (wash your hands people and change gloves) especially with Covid cases climbing again.This is what you do ? Like I mentioned it's unfortunate and I'll never go back in that location again

We walked in at 6:40 pm, and wete told they were closed already and we couldn't order anything. There are no hours posted outside, and online they close at 7. Very rude.

Hands down, the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. On Sept. 6, 2024 at around 5:45pm, I ordered 2 kids meals online. Just wanted to catch a quick bite to eat with my kiddo before going to an O's game. A few minutes after they received the order, one of the staff members informed me they didn't have any little john bread (6 inch loaf). I then asked if they could make the sandwiches on an 8 inch bread since the problem was on their end. Another staff member (who had just arrived to the store on his bicycle) then rudely snapped back that I could buy an 8" sub. I reiterated that since the problem was on their end, they should try to make the situation right. With even more attitude, he snapped back that they would issue a refund and I could just leave. Confused, I asked why they couldn't just make a couple of 6" sandwiches from the bread that was clearly behind them. He continued to yell and berate me in front of my 9 year old son. I told the staff member that this was a terrible way to do business and that this wasn't how they should be treating their customers. The staff member continued to yell, continued berating me in front of my child, escalated to using foul language, and repeatedly yelled at me to get out. Other customers witnessed all of this. One of them suggested I ask to speak to a manager because of the staff's unprofessional and completely disrespectful behavior. When I asked to speak to a manager, the staff member snapped back that there was no manager there and kept yelling at me to leave. I told him to call a manager. He refused and continued to berate me. The customer who suggested I ask for a manager encouraged me to contact corporate and report the incident and the staff's awful behavior. I called customer service and left a voice mail (it was after hours). I also used their online customer feedback system and messaged JJ's via FB messenger. I'm not even sure a refund was actually issued. Ive frequented this location many times before, often before O's games. I will not be returning. The one staff member who incessantly berated me should be terminated and the other 2 staff members should be some how disciplined and retrained.

My 9 year old son had to listen to a cashier cuss my husband out because he asked him a question about a sub. My husband continued to get screamed at and was told to leave. Very disgraceful and sad with how people act. When my husband asked for a manger they told him there was none. Disgusting behavior from the staff! Shame on you all! All the staff should be fired!

The food and service was average. But there was some grandpa with his granddaughter, and he was letting her run around the store and scream at the top of her lungs. It was so shrill and loud that it was impossible to even have a conversation anywhere in the entire seating area.

When Uber messed up the delivery of my order, I went to Jimmy Johns and they went above and beyond to make it right. Make sure if you order delivery you order directly from their app! They have their own drivers and won't make the mistakes Uber does. Highly reccomend this Jimmy John's!

This is probably the best Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. What I like to do is get one before I go to a Baltimore Orioles game and I like to bring it into the stadium to have a good sandwich during the game, and it meets the requirements to get in. Even if there is a long line, the staff is super quick and get through the line like true professionals. I highly recommend.

Don’t go.
The people who made my food were inside when I arrived. But after I ordered, they went outside to smoke. They didn’t cover the meat or anything up. Just left the store vacant besides customers. They did this over and over. They also never washed their hands. Here is a video.
