Customer service was poor. They definitely didn't listen when I asked them to keep certain items OFF my sandwich. Everyone was on their phones and the place was sticky and dirty. Definitely will not be going back.

Would like to give it a five but I had a bad experience here. Cashier gave themselves a $5 tip. I called several times and never talked to the manager. Took me 2 weeks to get a refund.

My experience here has been terrible. I placed and order for pickup an hour before closing, my order was confirmed and my card was charged, but when I got there 40 minutes before closing no one would pick up the phone and I could not submit via my confirmation email that I was there to pick up my food. It looked like the store had just totally closed.Fast forward to now nearly three weeks, four calls to customer service, and two follow up emails later, and I still have not received a refund for my order I was charged for but never received. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m definitely never ordering from this location again, and I don’t even think I will ever use the website to order either because all the company can do is call the branch and ask them to refund me which the branch can just ignore with no penalty. Crazy.

On my way to the Ravens game I stopped in for a sandwich. The sandwich was great and the staff super friendly.
This location needs to be investigated by corporate. Have ordered from here twice while in town since my local store closed. 1st time thru the JJ app and food was never delivered. Took days for JJ to issue a refund. Tonight I ordered thru Door Dash and food was never delivered. Door Dash quickly issues a refund! Something is not right at this location! Have emailed corporate.

The staff here was fantastic! We visited town for a concert and ate here on our way to the venue. This location was very busy due to a baseball game letting out and the concert about to start. Despite rowdy guests, the staff was polite, professional, and fast!!! Fantastic job ladies!!!!

Young skinny woman's been acting unprofessionally. I am talking to the lady upfront, and the girl in the back's been disrespectful. She is telling that she doesn't have the change for $20, then she is telling to go eat at chipotle and laughing in the back. When I confronted her, she was threatening me.

I have celiac so Jimmy John’s was a risk, but my choices were limited. I asked for an unwitch (lettuce wrap) and they said they didn’t have any lettuce cut. I explained it was the only way I could eat the sandwich. They would not accommodate me. They were not willing to go to the back and get the lettuce to make a sandwich. Very upsetting and disappointing.

So So.. ultimate porker sandwich was salty, very salty. The young man working the register was was very nonchalant at best, he rang your order and gave you no directions after. You had to find your own cups, additional snacks he gave no directions as to where to get them he didn’t even show you your ticket number. You could get frustrated easily if you go here hungry. The layout was very nice though inside and outside.
