Hi, I wanted to take my wife out after Valentine’s day to a nice seafood restaurant. I researched and came across Jimmy Seafood restaurant and was impressed about the 95 percent lump meat in your crab cakes. So the wife and I drove ( 84) miles one way total 168 miles from Salmon Island in St. Mary County Md. We arrived and were excited to dine-in. We were greeted with smile and seated immediately. Our server Ms. Rane, S. walked over and greeted us again and explained the menu to us. We ordered two seafood combinations with green beans and baked sweet potatoes. The crab cake were 8.oz. We also ordered california crab rolls and two beers. When the plates were served, the crab cakes were not good at all with little to no lump crab meat a lot of backfin crab meat. Also the rock fish taste like pure rubber. We were so disappointed that we wanted to not occupy the table in longer. Now, when I received my check I noticed you already add the 18 percent gratuity, then I see down the bottom another 3 percent labor of love service charge to our check for the servers. We have no problem with paying our way, little pricey with little to eat. Wonderful atmosphere! We will stay on our end!

Great find. Food was delicious and plentiful. Service was very good, with knowledgeable and attentive staff. Enjoyed the old school atmosphere with all of the photos on the wall. Portions were large, so all three of us took home leftovers, which was great as the food was so good. Definitely recommend.

It’s so many positive things I can say about our experience during our first visit to Jimmy’s. My sisters and I always go To Mr Bills, however they were all booked on Valentine’s Day. We really wanted crabs so we decided to try Jimmy’s since it was in the direction back home.. So glad we did. The crabs were amazing. The catered to us the whole night The manager Reina greeted us and ensure our experience was pleasant. Our waiter Collin was on top of everything. They smiled the whole night even though it was busy. The service was so great. it was if we were the only ones there. The experience was top tier. You have definitely gained regular customers. Thanks for a great night !

Ordered seafood combination for $60 I remember when Mr. Jimmy had them for $25 and you got more food and you had a choice between fried or broiled. For $60 a crab cake, piece of fish two scallops two shrimp and a large side which was the only improvement oh and two cooked oysters with nothing on them, I thought she said Rockefeller oyster clearly not. Crab cake is no longer top 10 in Baltimore. Disappointed and I ordered two seafood combinations $120 wasted. I ordered take out guess you don’t get the same quality food as dining in

Alex is a beautiful a server as you could ask for- attentive, a great listener with even better suggestions. But how hard is that with this menu. The name says seafood but woah! Had thr Classic combo. Jus the right size rock fish filet, shrimp, scallops, a couple oysters and a HEART shaped crab cake- off the hook!! Staying to see the AMISH OUTLAWS in the hall. Always a good time band!!! Alex! Thank you for making our night one to remember!!!
