My husband is a truck driver and gets to drive by jimmys at least once a week. I am a seafood lover having a bad week he thought it would be nice to treat me to jimmys , i absolutely love this place my firt time ever and i love it ,the service is great Rinny was great as well . I will definitely will return and bring some friends with me.

So my family came in town for my wedding. They asked for the best seafood in city and I brought them to Jimmys thinking they would be able to help me out because I’ve been a repeat customer to support the business. So we make a reservation for 8:15 for a party of 15. We get seated and get our orders taken with appetizers and food. As we sit around and wait, no bread was brought out, everyone was running out of water, no one was coming out to see if we needed refills or anything. So as time moved on, we noticed it was 9:30 and no one had appetizers or anything…. Ask could we get our appetizers and we were told it would come out with the food… well what’s the point of ordering an appetizer if it’s going to come out with the entree? Salads and appetizers finally come out and it still isn’t right. People orders are wrong, salads never came out, my dad ask for extra salad dressing and is told there’s already dressing on the salad…. So roughly around 10:15, our food FINALLY comes out and again some food is overcooked, luke warm, some food is actually cold, and some food not even brought out!!! So we ask for a manger who was VERY RUDE, and pretty much told us there was nothing he could do. We had a $745 bill, which we had no issue paying… but we would not be paying for food that was not brought out, or food that wasn’t cooked right or just cold! The manager offered to take off $26 off a $700+ bill with terrible service, terrible food, and all together just pathetic!!! So we break the bill down so everyone can pay their bill…. Everyone pays and get the hell outta there because the service was so terrible and people were still hungry so we had to go get more food…. I check my CC statement the next day and I was charged $106.xx even though I didn’t use my CC to pay for anything… no reason why I was charged or anything, just a charge of $106. The manager who came out to help wasn’t helpful, very rude, very snippy and sassy, and all together very unprofessional!! I moved to the DMV in 2017 and have been a frequent visitor to this place….NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN!!!

Went back there for the first time since the eighties. WOW, what a change. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, so we decided to try Jimmy's for some crab cakes. They were spectacular! The place has really updated since I was there last. Our server Gregory was outstanding. He was informative about the menu, and there just enough to be sure we were taken care of but not enough to be overbearing.

We sat in the dining room and only knew there was a draft party going on upstairs because of the people outside. Our server Rini was the sweetest and very attentive. Very nice, fancy place, but not very welcoming. All the hosts are standing around the podiumchatting and barley noticing when you walk in. We sat outside on the dinning side and were pretty much forgotten about. I sat waiting for a refill for about 10-15 minutes, it felt like we were forgotten about. My side salad came out like a minute before our entrees arrived. We were forgotten about once again, so I got up and went inside and just asked for my dessert to go. I went back and the manager came around and asked about how we were doing so I told him "so-so", I told him the service was the problem. He wanted to go straight to the waitress instead of allowing us to explain what happened. We just simply told him to please not worry about it because we were getting ready to pay and leave. After he went inside the waitress came out very quickly with my dessert bagged up and the check. I asked for a couple of boxes and she brought them immediately. She really only seemed to care or be attentive when she realized we became frustrated or when the manager said something to her. After we got home, we opened the cake and it was such a small piece, barley enough to split. I also ate one of my crab cakes I had brought home and I found a few pieces of shells. Ive always had a good experince with the food trucks and thats what drove me to come try them out, but unfortuantely the overall service and atmosphere ruined the experience for us. I hope they can fix these issues so we can return in the future but for now Id like to not go back. :(Edit: Also Id like to add that they do charge extra fees towards the tipping. They have a "3% service fee" and then an automatic 18% "gratuity". We paid alot of money expecting great service just to disappointed and let down.

Save your money. My partner and I are in a long distinct relationship and It was date night and The food was horrific, I’m certain it was spoiled. The steam pot was the worst I ever had, The only thing edible was the potatoes.This was by far the worst seafood experience imaginable in Baltimore. Our server however was kind and attentive. It was our first time and we most certainly will not be back.
