Service was poor, not friendly, not attentive, only stopped by once to ask if our food was ok, we had to leave our table to ask for the check, and again to get our to-go box.I asked for a coffee refill the one time he stopped to see how things were and I requested more creamer too but our server never brought it. I pointed that out when we were paying our check and he blamed it on being busy- honestly they didn't look busy, but still, that's your JOB.He said next week he'll bring extra cream, I told him we won't be coming back.
Terrible service and mediocre food. No one is going out of their way to give you exceptional service here.
Amazing food and staff!! I definitely need to come back when I'm in the area again.
Customer service was good, food was tasty, fast, and reasonably priced. Thoroughly enjoyed!
Wow what happened to this place well apparently we all know the new owners don't have a clue how food is suppose to be cooked. It had no taste. I can't see this place staying open very long.
This restaurant was one of the best in the area. Recently the customer service is bad, the employees look unhappy . I order Eggs Benedictines and was crab . I call for assistance due to allergy reaction and the waiters informed I do not way is crab in you breakfast .
Was not pleased with the food or the service. Very disappointed and will not be returning
Great Customer Service!!! I love their crab cakes.
Jimmy's is a Baltimore institution with great food.Customers have included the late William Donald Schaefer and former Senator Barbara Mikulkski. If you're visiting the Inner Harbor and want a great stack of pancakes, just take a short ride from Harborplace on the Water Taxi. We went here for lunch the other day. I had a club sandwich with crab cake and shrimp salad. If there were a sandwich hall of fame this sandwich would have a prominent place there.
The food is HOT and the coffee is great. I generally like the hum of the big breakfast crowd on a Saturday.

Great good quick service I will be going back
A Baltimore staple. Homemade comfort food with extra umph! Definitely a favorite for the locals.
Stopped in for breakfast on our way out of town. All three of us were happy with our meals, would not hesitate to stop again. Little slow getting our meals but not too bad. Owner not to engaging though.
Delicious little hole in the wall. My type of place that keeps your coffee cup full. We tried scrapple and breakfast was made perfectly.
Service was less than desirable....waitress made me feel like she was doing me a favor taking my order....I had to ask another server to get me coffee and there were only 4 other tables of patrons ...Usually I can tolerate the service there which is mediocre at best because the food is usually very tasty...However not so good this time my pancakes were burnt no cheese on my eggs like I ordered and it took forever ....I honestly just wanted to get out of there and never go back
