I had the worst experience at this place I saw that they offer ceviche and the picture outside look promising got in there order 2.for me and my girlfriend, it was like 70% Pico de Gallo and only precooked shrimp and few other things no flavor at all I will not recommend this place I send back my dish and bill was 60 DLLs.…..

If I could give 0 stars I would. Seriously, what a bad experience I had, it was a quiet day but the way the cashier treated me ruined my entire day and even the next. And to make matters worse, they didn't even get my food order right. I ordered chicken with slices and I even repeated leg and thigh 3 times because I don't like breast and they gave me... breast with wing. Cashier lady, if you don't like your job, look for another one but don't take out your anger on the customers.

If I could not give any stars I would but unfortunately the food in that place is terrible I ordered a yuca with chicharrón but apparently they gave me the Hoya del Aceite with the chicharrones and the yucca they counted their fingers to put the pieces of yuca and apart from That's terrible customer service, the truth is they should pay more attention to consumption because we are not animals so they can give us the food we pay for the way they serve it ?? I give them a #0 bad bad

Terrible customer service, I ordered 4 pupusas to take away when I went to pick them up, they gave me my bag with a stapled receipt that wanted 4 pupusas rebueltas page and I left when I arrived at my destination 20 minutes after driving there was my container ready to taste my pupusas and there were 2 baliadas ?? I went to the restaurant and they told me that I had gotten the wrong order when the waitress gave it to me in my hands, I didn't go to bring it to the kitchen I found out that it was my fault. SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW I ENDED UP PAYING 4 PUPUSAS WHEN THE TIKET IS STAMPED ON THE BAG AND I SAID IT'S MY FAULT... When I asked to speak to the supervisor he told me that he wasn't there, come back and he wanted me to go back and pay for my pupusas again I told him forget it and that's why this review has never commented on any restaurant but this empties me??
