If I could not give any stars I would but unfortunately the food in that place is terrible I ordered a yuca with chicharrón but apparently they gave me the Hoya del Aceite with the chicharrones and the yucca they counted their fingers to put the pieces of yuca and apart from That's terrible customer service, the truth is they should pay more attention to consumption because we are not animals so they can give us the food we pay for the way they serve it ?? Did I wrong these people somehow? I order the soft shell tacos. It was as if the chef tried to make a mess of the food. I still tipped out of habit, but I should have walked out after the first bite.

Terrible customer service, I ordered 4 pupusas to take away when I went to pick them up, they gave me my bag with a stapled receipt that wanted 4 pupusas rebueltas page and I left when I arrived at my destination 20 minutes after driving there was my container ready to taste my pupusas and there were 2 baliadas ?? I went to the restaurant and they told me that I had gotten the wrong order when the waitress gave it to me in my hands, I didn't go to bring it to the kitchen I found out that it was my fault. SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW I ENDED UP PAYING 4 PUPUSAS WHEN THE TIKET IS STAMPED ON THE BAG AND I SAID IT'S MY FAULT... When I asked to speak to the supervisor he told me that he wasn't there, come back and he wanted me to go back and pay for my pupusas again I told him forget it and that's why this review has never commented on any restaurant but this empties me??

Nice and clean place.food Is so good you can share conversations with your friends while you eat there.and you can play the music you want,the waiters are so nice and give you good service.they never leave you alone, they're there always if you need anything, I will recommend this place to my friends.thanks the owner to have a very nice people working there...take care of them and keep them.they are a hard workers.thx

The staff greeted and seated us promptly and with hospitality. The K&D nachos are the best I’ve had. We will be back to visit again!Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of families present and the kids seemed to be enjoying themselves.
So I ordered beef enchiladas and it was suppose to come with rice and beans. It came with rice and some weird salad that I didn't eat bc it was in the same box and it was all mushy from the heat of the other food in the box. I also really love beans so I was disappointed. Also, I don't think there was any meat in my enchiladas. But there were beans in the enchiladas. So, I have no idea what happened. This was a to go order by the way so I had no way of knowing this until I ate the food. However! I am still giving them three stars bc the food was really good even though I did not get what I paid for. I still ate everything but the salad! So, the service as far as attention to detail is lacking or it was today. But I would still give them another shot.
