I absolutely love the food here and I really enjoy to support the business when I get a chance to. I visit every so often, but lately I discovered that the customer service is not the best. The last time that I visited no one acknowledged me when I came in. About a minute later, the lady at the counter greeted the person next to me and looked at me, without actually speaking to me. After handling the other customer, she asked what I wanted. After requesting two pies, she picked up two pies and looked at me and told me that they were unavailable. She didn’t even suggest when or how I could get some at another time. I simply felt like she didn’t even want to be bothered by my presence.

Possibly the greatest pies in the world. I tried similar nothing came close. Plus they cook everything besides Chinese and swine. These pies are addictive but make great gifts.

I don't know why the phone doesn't work, but good thing I stopped by because they were indeed open. While I would have preferred to call my order in, so that I could just pick it up and go, I decided to wait it out, and it took about 15 to 20 minutes. It's a local spot, small, no frills, old decor, a few guys sitting on metal stools conversing with the owner. Smells like good food and baked goods in there. Note, no pork is sold here. I got a fried fish breakfast plate that was seasoned and cooked perfectly!

The bean pie and crab cake ? are awesome. The representative was a bit rude but what I appreciated was her acknowledgement of her error and her apology seemed sincere. Thanks ?
