The portions are a bit small for what they charge but the food wasfair tasting my first visit. Nothing to get too excited about. I went 2x. There won't be a third. The potato salad was spoiled and the greens were tasteless and cold mostly stems. My first visit the food was very different from the 2nd visit. Clearly the second time the cook wasn't who made my food the first visit. Like I said earlier I will NEVER eat there again. No 3rd visit. I'm so disappointed because I support Black owned businesses but I can't risk getting sick again.

They accommodate you if you want to adjust your order, friendly in terms of customer service, communicate in a professional yet down to earth manner and the food was THAT! I always get the chicken and ribs which aren't overdone or over/under seasoned....waiting to try the fish next but I'm hooked on the ribs and chicken. This is my lil go to spot around the way when you want real food but don't want to cook. Well priced AND by us....revitalizing Zone 15 with some home cooking fr!

I thoroughly enjoyed my meals! The catfish nugget, wing combo has me HOOKED! Then I tasted the Turkey Wings, yellow rice and cabbage w/smoked turkey. Everything was fabulous!

Customer service is great ! Young man up front is very respectful and the cook gets the job done. I enjoy Kaylah's food. Learned about them through uber eats. I ordered the shrimp and chicken it was really good. They have daily specials tonight was 2 chicken cheese steaks for 10 bucks can't beat it. I recommend it !

Food good is good, but customer service is ran down the toilet. Need to evaluate customer service protocol. Instead of a restaurant it reminds me of a bar on the corner of the neighborhood block. There arw tons of great places with proper etiquette and good food.

Kaylah's Soulfood is above all- great tasting soulfood. Now the great food is made even better with the owner's hospitality and great hood love atmosphere. I ordered the well seasoned crispy fried chicken and wonderful candied yams- this visit. Crab cakes next time because other customers came in and said the crabcakes are delicious. Pleased with both (chicken and yams) and so were my taste buds and belly.
