Bad customer service!!!
do better.
you don’t argue and try to intimidate customers your already in a urban area JUST BE KIND THEY were in the back arguing with eachother and everything it’s so unexceptional I almost wanted to apply as manager and see if I can make a difference but the pay would have to make sense cause it can be better with training and consistency. It was really sad to see a multi million dollar brand be tarnished by employee. The date for the visit is 3/1/2025 2:40pm the line is long inside and out I wish I could help.

IF ONLY I CAN SAY HOW I REALLY FEEL 😡 I JUST ORDERED THROUGH UBER EATS AND THEY WERE STILL PREPARING FIRST THEY HAD TO FIND ANOTHER DRIVER THEN THE SECOND DRIVER WAS KEPT WAITING AND THEN UBER EATS CANCELED MY ORDER UNBELIEVABLE THESE PEOPLE ARE USELESS

Yea, do not bother ordering don't doordash uber or grubhub here either they do not have hand soap to wash their hands so how the employees fixing your food with dirty hands

The employees failed to acknowledge anyone that was waiting to order. When they finally started taking orders, it was never an apology for the wait nor an explanation. I do not recommend going to this KFC. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, YOU CAN GO A LONG WAY.
