Ordered through the KFC app. When I tried to pick up my order, they refused to give it to me claiming their system was down (despite then giving orders to other people in the restaurant). I tried to show them proof of receipt and payment through my phone with the exact order but they refused to listen. They told me to contact KFC to get a refund but I never received it.

I placed an order through uber eats and when I tell you I am completely satisfied….i am completely satisfied!!!!! The food was hot, tasty, and flavorful. I was suffering from a migraine and after I ate my meal I was in no more pain. I’m so happy that KFC also brought back potato wedges and bbq sandwiches. I absolutely loved my meal and will be ordering from here more. Thank you for making my meal fresh and flavorful I really appreciate it!!!

Bad customer service!!! do better. you don’t argue and try to intimidate customers your already in a urban area JUST BE KIND THEY were in the back arguing with eachother and everything it’s so unexceptional I almost wanted to apply as manager and see if I can make a difference but the pay would have to make sense cause it can be better with training and consistency. It was really sad to see a multi million dollar brand be tarnished by employee. The date for the visit is 3/1/2025 2:40pm the line is long inside and out I wish I could help.

I ordered for a pickup and after waiting for like 20 minutes they still are saying 5 minutes more Literally not recommended..poor staff Service…very Poor..they even are ignoring all the people waiting for their orders
I would fire everyone on first shift. This is the slowest non customer service environment I ever been in. They are very rude and slow .

Yea, do not bother ordering don't doordash uber or grubhub here either they do not have hand soap to wash their hands so how the employees fixing your food with dirty hands
