I ordered 4 prices of grilled chicken tonight! What i got appeared to be 2 pidgeon wings, an overcooked breast, and a drumstick that appears to belong to the same pigeon! Very disheartening! What is America coming too!

Staff very rude. They pointed to a sign saying they don't accept returns. The all either had no name tags or tried to lie or hide their names. They act like children. I ordered grilled wings they were small and petrified looking like skin on bones. They wouldn't give me the number for corporate and asked if I was finished complaining. Then they slammed the glass door in my face.

They don’t have the chicken prepped and ready to go, it is made by order. Wait times are 20-30 minutes. This is the 3rd time I have visited this location in the past few weeks where they do not have the items ready. I’ve been during all hours of the day. I was also given a famous bowl without the chicken, it was the only item that I ordered…Lost me as a customer from this location, I started going to popeyes down the street which has slim to no wait times. Does the franchise owner know what is going on? The bad/slow business is reflective of the employees work ethic at this location. Training needs to be done.

I walked into this store today and there was a gentleman in line ahead of me. I got in line and the cashier didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was in line beside him. She proceeded to take his money and went to go make his food without washing her hands. I'm still standing there while she walks past me again scratching her head and still says nothing to me. Another lady walks in and she acknowledged her smiling and said to the other staff that she was there for a pick up order. Mind you I made eye contact with the cashier several times. I just walked out. Customer service is trash. I will never go there again. I hope the owner sees this.

Really bad service, everyone is rude, mad and don’t care about your order when you pick up the food, I order here a few times and is always the same problem, I wait 1 hour for my food in the app shows the food was ready but was not true, really bad place to order.

OMG!!! I waited for 30 minutes for my food. They asked me to pull up and wait for the biscuits. After 20 minutes, I drove around and asked for my order. No one was at the window, and the person mopping the floor acted as if she hadn't seen me. A few minutes later, someone pops up with my order. No apologies, no acknowledgment of the wait. The food was dry and not worth our time.

I can understand the dining area closed due to the broke ass crackheads coming out when the sun goes down... Driving to the window and finding out all they have is overcooked deep fried chicken and limited selection... Not even athank you at the window... If I hadn't gotten out of my shoes I would have taken the order back and asked for full refund... Unacceptable...

The hours listed say they are open until 10 PM. We arrived at 9:37 PM and they announced they were closed. When we asked why their hours are listed until 10 we were greeted with no response.
