Stopped for a bathroom break and a drink. We would've been better to have stopped on 695 and use the construction site's porta-potty; less danger to our over all health. Seriously, the restrooms were horrendous.

I belive if the employees wore hair nets. I would not have had a strand of hair in my food! Soon as I finished my food, I noticed hair in my box. I’m so upset , the young lady at the drive threw window has extremely poor cosutomer service skills.

Low marks for service level for Doordash delivery. Get to the store tell the clerk the customer's name and she disappears, next clerk asks me how she can help, and I just pulled the trigger on unassigning the order, wasn't feeling it.
Dashers make their money at scale, minutes count.

Food do not be cooked already. How is it fast food restaurant but we waiting 30 mins- 1 hour for ur food sitting in drive thru. Customer service is bad . Drive thru be so backed up. And by it being a wait by time u get ur food the fries are cold. Or sometimes the food is cold. This place need to be shut down

I have never went to a dirtier establishment. The orders took ages to get ready, everything was sticky, the kitchen is visibly all dirty, the workers pretend they don’t see us trying to check if the order is ready or not.

I ordered my food at 7:15. I paid roughly $80 for my order. Almost an hour later, STILL isn't ready. My order was reassigned 3 times now because apparently there are MULTIPLE customers there having issues with their orders. This is completely unacceptable. At this point this store needs to be shut down or the staff needs to be completely changed. Either way, something needs to be done about this
