There was a woman working the window around 11:00 a.m. today the 15th of November. She's definitely a good one. Very patient, polite. They didn't have certain things on the menu and she really couldn't have went about it any other way. She brought the food out to us. It was raining. I got distracted with the baby looked over and she was patiently waiting. I had just had a bad experience at Popeyes because they were very impatient and seem like a language barrier. So to come somewhere and be treated good was truly a blessing thank you

This the first time in AWHILE we received excellent service at this location. The young lady Malaysia even asked me did I want jelly 🙂❤️ please give her a raise and manager position!! And my order was right without hesitation 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 5 stars p.s the biscuit was fluffy delicious 😋***** UPDATE***** Went yesterday Wednesday November 5th 2025 in the afternoon the rudest Hispanic guy working the drive-thru sad sad sad

This place is very unpleasant although the customer service is good the unclean of the store is very unsettling bugs flying around while your eating tables not clean I would expect better from a fast food franchise this restaurant needs a total uphaul

Question if you close at 9pm and you walk in store while 2 employees are walking outside to deliver and one comes back in and say give me a minute the new employee comes in and ask to take my order. On top of that 2 sets of people in there arguing about the wait time, but I’m trying to order then they say that there closed while I’m while I’m inside. They get manager I’m upset and I ask if I’m inside how are you close? I question and he called the police for no reason but I did get loud . Then he said they have no more chicken. If you knew that the door should have been locked,and then we would never had a problem. I’m upset I feel disrespected because you threaten me with the police and came outside when I was leaving 🤬

Terrible customer service and Hispanic employees who talk about you in Spanish and play with your time like it’s not valuable. They take their time with preparing your food acting like they are waiting for food when it’s been sitting there ready. VERY POOR SERVICE WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS KFC.

They need more people or something . How do you run out of wings ? I was waiting at least 5 minutes to order my food and when the lady was filling someone else’s order, she didn’t have any more regular wings which is why I drove 20 minutes to be here. The last time at the night shift when I was here , they had great service and food . Today, everything is terrible .

My experience at this particular KFC was actually really really good my first day there. But My Second Day it was Really Horrible tbh there was A Plus Sized Caucasian Girl at The Register. That was Very Rude and Arrogant towards Me As A Customer i have A Disability Ankylosing Spondylitis to be exact. And her and what looked to be The Manager A Slim African American Woman were Purposely Laughing at me. Like they were Laughing about My Condition amongst themselves and it made me feel very Uncomfortable. Not only that but when i ordered My Food Initially The New Potato Wedges to be exact. The First Time they brought them out they were Super Overcooked so i told The Young Caucasian Girl at The Register. That i was Not Happy with them and asked can they be Made Over Again she Rolled Her Eyes at me and gave me A Nasty Attitude. So did The Younger Black Woman so with that i then asked for Mayonnaise for My Potato Wedges. They then charged Me with what they said would be 1.50$ when it turned out to be 1.67$. Everyone else that were ordering were getting Free Condiments but they Charged Me. Which is Not Fair and should be Against Policy Rules IMO i will never ever go back to that KFC Location. My Experience there was Awful and they Treated Me Very Unfairly and i would like to put those Two Women Out There to The Public. If i had to Rank Them on Politness Alone it would definitely be A 0/10 because that was Disgusting how The Situation was handled By Them Two.

I went into the Sinclair location around 7:30 attempted to order the 2 piece $7 fill up meal but I was told they were out of chicken!! So I asked well are you going to cook any more she said she didn't know if they were or not smh there were several customers that came in from waiting at the drive thru that ordered and paid for their food and were told it was a 30 min wait in the chicken and after their 30 min wait they came in to see what was taking so long only to find out that they never even put any more chicken in the fryer smh the employees and the manager was extra slow in everything they did!! I left and went to Popeyes around the corner what kind of chicken restaurant doesn't have chicken!!! And they didn't run out of chicken they just didn't want to cook anymore!!! I waisted my 30 min lunch break on this trash KFC!!!

Do not go to this establishment ..it's terrible the chicken is not fresh & half cooked ..biscuits hard as a rock.. Good just been sitting and they serve it to you

I came through the drive through , I ordered an 3 piece chicken strips with cold slaw and raspberry tea . I ended up with 3 pieces of over cooked chicken , an almost burnt biscuit and some watery drink . I asked for my receipt? The young man said , he don’t have it ! I parked the car and came into the store asking for a refund . I shared my order is wrong ! They were happy to change my order but again , no receipt! Then they hit me with , they’ve a no refund policy! I’ve never heard of KFC not returning your money to you but as I looked around this store is owned & operated by Mexicans who made their own policy up !
I would recommend you stay away from this store and I called the customer service hot line asking for my refund & left a complaint! Food was hard , nasty and wrong again !
Parking: Kitchen area was a mess and the dinning area was dark as if they’ve a lighting situation going on .
