This store first start with the manager.No customer service skills.I place order8 piece told the guy to mixed Oringal and crispy with greens and Mac and cheese. He gave me spicy and mash potatoes. I will never come back to this store again.Poor customer service.The lady manager act like a dam man.Need to close this store.

It's a shame how our communities and our franchise services have changed. The look of this location and the plexiglass windows and the desperate look of the customers made it difficult to feel at ease. The customer service was slow and disrespectful. The available menu didn't have all of the normal favorites and when I decided on what I wanted I was ignored after a coworker interrupted and I had to repeat my order. When I made my order for two two piece white meat meals I was again interrupted with extra charges on top of the original charge. I cancelled my order and the KC employee said that's your problem. The worst part is I believe she was the lead employee or manager. Beware out of towners of the atmosphere and unprofessional attitude of the people taking food orders. No welcome, No smile, unhappy, No eye contact! Run....

Sad to say it was a pretty sad experience. The chicken itself was what you expect, fine though priced through the roof these days. But the service was so impossibly deplorable it defies description. Not busy, no chicken ready to sell and a full staff to ignore you. 'Nuff said.

Sharon and and team greatly exceeded all of our expectations at this KFC location today. We arrived shortly after opening around 10:45 AM to order the Tuesday Special of 8 piece buckets. We ordered 1 regular drumsticks and thighs box, Additionally we ordered an 8 piece chicken tenders box. We were informed a couple times that our order would take a slight amount of additional time. We had no issue with this at all. We did not have to wait too long at all. Maybe an extra 10 minutes, yet that was okay with us as long as our order was made fresh and hot. Which it was. The quality of the food, the professionalism and courtesy of all the present staff was top rate. Ms. Shavonn, the RGM at this location was so courteous and calm throughout the process, it was impressive. The physical location was extremely clean and parking was exceptionally accessible. Being that we live in this neighborhood,we will continue to visit and reccomend this location to family, friends and associates.
