It’s my second time ordering food from this place from Uber eats.
And sad to say, it’s disgusting !! The chicken were almost Black- too salty- the muffin or the bread that came along was stale. I knew by the texture. Smelly food. Also my order was incomplete.
I’m heavily disappointed. I thought KFC was the best but I was wrong.
I’ll switch to Popeyes instead. At least the chicken is fresh & well presented. I suggest you guys to never Ever to order food from this place - the KFC at Greenmount Ave - NEVER !!! Guys if you think I’m lying - jst scrolll down the reviews.

It never fails…every time I order KFC through Uber Eats something is missing. This time it was my nuggets, all my sauces, and half my fries. That’s a meal. It seems like a scam where those preparing the orders are leaving items out to keep for themselves because everyone can’t be SO inept that they leave something out of EVERY order. I know it wasn’t the driver because the bags are sealed.

Arrived at the location. Placed an order for 1 breast 1 macaroni and cheese 1 sprit 1 mashed potatoes and gravy Cashier was pleasant and very professional. Now to the bad. Chicken was dry Mac-cheess was bland And to Top everything else: It was a live Large Cockroach on the floor. See attached pictures
My biggest problem is that if you sell chicken then you should not regularly run out of chicken for your customers. How does that happen?

Store has been the exact same since 2008. I think it’s the same cook too and he can’t cook chicken. Not only is the atmosphere, appearance, and food is poor, the service is too. They have children working in there that like to make doordashed wait 25 minutes for orders that are sitting directly on the counter. I think they had a bad experience with a dasher prior to me but that’s no excuse to treat someone as such. She really made me wait 25 minutes for French fries while she played with silver pans. Yet we’ll be complaining when they gentrify our neighbor hoods and A.I replace our jobs but this is why!

This place is the worst the food taste like old grease and the store starts to shut down 1hour before closing time I will never come here again. I could not dine in due to early shut down.
