I don’t know how they could mess an order up more. Our family meal was missing the sides, not extra crispy and with no utensils like we ordered. It was just a bag of chicken and biscuits. It honestly kind of ruined our evening.

On a Friday night you had at least 2 people on their phone and the order was mobile and it wasn't ready when I arrived when I know they give times for delivery service

They accepted my order DoorDash order 30 mins prior to closing and intentionally waited until after closing time to cancel the order, leaving several DoorDashers waiting for an order they had no intention of fulfilling. There’s absolutely no reason why a small one-person order shouldn’t be able to fulfilled 30 mins before closing.

They take your money on grubhud and then say they have no food. The heavy set Manger was rude, and uniform was dirty. Inside us always dirty for that's couple of years. I walk out each time. I travel to Parkville for food.

Great Food, Room for Improvement in ServiceI'm a big fan of KFC's delicious food, but I've noticed a difference in service between dine-in and takeout. It seems like they prioritize dine-in customers more, which can lead to incomplete takeout orders. Despite this, I still love KFC's food.

Don't buy it from GrubHub! It costs $7 extra to just order it online, if you want to pick it up at the store!The food is fine. The service at the store is perfect. Leave GrubHub out of it.

The food I got was not good. The biscuit was hard as a rock. The chicken tasted off and a few hours after eating it I ended up throwing it up.

We arrived really late, right before they were about to close. Staff was friendly and joking with us, which was great. Our biscuits and food were slightly dry and not fresh-tasting, but that's probably because we got there late. Fried Chicken is not for me.
