We waited 20mins for what was supposed to be fresh food when we got our food nothing was fresh you could tell the chicken was old the skin wasn't even crispy and the fries were cold

I placed my order in the kfc app itself and my food never came …I drove to the kfc to find out what happened and they told me it’s nothing they can do to reach to door dash when I told them I didn’t get it through door dash the manger himself told me that I didn’t pay for the order at the store and he could not do anything and closed the window in my face …when asking for corporate number her gave me the number to door dash.. I then reached out to door dash they told me it was nothing they can do I’m disappointed at how rude the staff was and how I did not get my mommy back or my food because the door dash driver stole my kids food

Nasty Rude lazy Employees.They will let you sit there and address you when they feel like it. Today around 2:30ish I witness a male employee drop a piece of chicken and pick it right back up in front of manager female and another male said nothing like that’s normal .Yuck I will never eat there.

Not keen on leaving reviews however figured I ought to. Been familiar with this particular establishment in the past few 5 years. There was a appearance of cleanliness upon entering. Patiently waited for service counter. Allowed them to take their time. After paying, food was promptly placed in turn-counter surprisingly fast. There was nothing said about my medium-sized canine by the way. Then after one man has left, an associate comes out to clean tabletops. I feel this should be done in a more timely fashion. It was difficult to appreciate the mouthing of the employees.

I thought this was one of the better KFC's in the city. I was wrong. Over the past year, the food and customer service has diminished. I was appauled by the day shift manager, Kira, (I was told by another worker that was her name, she wasnt wearing a badge-AA female) did not want to listen to my complaint. She was very dismissive, and her non verbal body language said it all. I would not waste my time driving to this location. Why have shift managers, if only the district manager can issue a refund, with a receipt? However if your not paying attention, they will not issue you a receipt. Also it's okay for workers to smoke Marijuana on their break, directly outside the establishment, near the entry door. The smell was awful upon entry.
First encounter, I came through the drive through and ordered an 8 piece mixed chicken meal. $30.00 I paid, to get home and had all dark meat chicken. That's not what I paid for. Deception especially when I asked, if there would be white meat chicken and told yes!! Attempted to address, dismissed by the above named manager.
2nd encounter- I ordered the 8 piece dark meat special. That chicken had something on it that did not taste adequate. Something sweet and peppery was on that chicken that didn't belong. I attempted to take back, the same manager gave me major attitude. Also she didn't give me a receipt upon purchase, that was a problem also. That manager yelled, that I'm always a problem and she's tired of me. My response was then get it right. I asked for the store ID number, for when I call corporate and the same manager acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about. I said had I gotten a receipt I wouldn't have to ask.
This branch KFC should really screen applicants for manager positions. Being a manager, you will have more responsibilities, and complaints if things aren't right. If you don't want to deal with the public, then don't be a manager.

HAIR . I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND SHE TOLD ME THEY DONT DO REFUNDS AND WHEN I ASK FOR THE CORPORATE NUMBER I WAS TOLD THEY DONT HAVE A CORPORATE NUMBER .I EVEN JUST ASK FOR A REFUND ON THE SANDWICHES. I SPENT 32.98 CENT
