I placed an order today via Uber Eats. All my food was correct but they never gave the driver the sodas included in my meal.
It's not right to send out orders with missing items. I should know better then to order from here. There is always some kind of issue. 👎👎
Fast food places across the board have adapted to the pandemic. KFC still doesn’t get it and doesn’t care. Congrats on adding mobile ordering except you have no carry out, no curbside and no 2nd line. I was in line for 20 mins tonight and not even 8 cars to being able to order speaker. What is the point of ordering ahead of time? All you serve is chicken and sides, how can it really take that long? Only if this company could learn from Chick Fila in every facet of customer...read full review
