Suprised this place isn’t shut down yet or have a whole new crew and manager, always out of chicken and when they have something it takes them well over 20mins to get your order out big or small. Mind you this KFC is never busy so I can understand if they were out. But this KFC is never busy so the lack of always not having chicken or certain chicken items is crazy

Seriously they have 1 job is to box up chicken and give people sauce with their chicken tenders!! Like if u hate ur job leave and quit don't be rude to your customers and act stupid and not give people there stuff they pay for but then tell me they can't make my food right cause I don't order it online! That just stupid and then for them to post a whole sign saying no refunds for nothing well maybe comprehend and order and give people there sauce for tenders!!

Greetings everyone. I went through the drive-thru today to get two kids' meals, chicken nuggets. When I received the order, the fries were cold, and the chicken nuggets were cold and hard. When I went in, the young woman who stepped up to the counter had an attitude when I told her about the food. She took the food and told me it would be a few minutes. Well, a few went past five minutes. So, I asked for a refund, and she said they do not do refunds, but she could give me chicken strips, so I said okay. Can you add macaroni to the strip? Since the fries aren't ready, she said no. I replied that you have to provide equal value to what I purchased. She walked away angry, but she included the macaroni. I will never patronize that location. You can't take my money, serve me bad food, and not refund me.

We waited 30 minutes for two meals and when we Finally got our order. It was missing items and the food was cold. I would have understood if it was busy, but there weren't even that many people in the lobby.

Very nice employees. Great food, good deals on their app., its just the parking lot is so dirty,trash flying around and a ton of cigarette butts everywhere..kinda ruins the atmosphere of quality clean food.I do love the drive thru...nevr had I ever had any bad stories to tell.always the kindness of the employees, I look forward to.thnks!

This KFC should be shut down. They never have any of the food on the menu. Customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your time at this KFC.

Do NOT eat here ever!!! I drove to this location for honey bbq wings. I thought the drive thru was a good idea. I was wrong. Almost everyone who ordered had to either pull forward to wait or park in a spot and wait. I finally get the wings and they looked like they were sitting in the container all day! It’s supposed to be drenched in sauce and edible instead it had such a small disappointing amount and the skin was discolored. Fries were cold and the soda was absolutely disgusting!!! I would’ve gotten a refund but oh wait!! There was a big sign on the drive thru window that said no refunds. I’m never going to this location again. Please close down. This location is unacceptable. I get it it’s kfc and you don’t have to put that much effort in but just go to the Essex location or any others. The food was much better there.
