After pulling up to an empty drive tru with no inside customers, I waited too long for what turned out to be an erroneous order. I was charged for full order but left with missing items. Upon finding out and calling the store, they didn’t answer the call. I just don’t have the time to dedicate to fixing this problem so I’ll this franchise fall by the way side and totally understand why their parking lot is always empty.

Very very very rude the lady Anna at thr register at driver throught is completely rude and incompetent, asked to do 2 orders a driver through so I guess that kfc is the only one who don't because it's "confusing" thrn when you ask to do so not knowing that stores policy then I tell her okay I'll just drive back around I finished my order she didn't tell me the total or to pull around she said "is that all you want"? Like I was annoying her fir asking to do another order thrn telling her I'll just complete this order then come back around so I go around to the windows where she slams it open and snatches my card while laughing with the windows closed then walks away wit my card on the counter I was the only customer so there's no reason for her to leave then she comes back almost throws my card at me then means mugs my soul and walked away the other guy had to give me my food cause she was to incompetent to Handel herself like a adult this and don't even try to come to this kfc and order more then 1 thing because they will constantly forget to give you your full order this kfc needs to be shut down remodeled and get people who know how to conduct then selves like an adult

Unfortunately I paid $19 plus. Went through drive thru placed my order. Won't even say how service was from who was taking my order.. Paid picked up. Only to get home and find out it was a waste of my money. Chicken was sour and smelled bad. Plus the greasy chicken soaked through the cardboard container through the paper bag. The gravy on the mashed potatoes was even worse. Ended up throwing it away because of how bad it smelt. Afraid of being food poisoned. Definitely was not what I was expecting after watching the commercial. Definitely want a refund. I will never go back to this location again.

This is my local KFC and it has become such a disappointment. Every visit there is an issue. Whomever own this location need to address immediately. There is always a wait. I place an order at 4:45pm for a pick up at 5:30pm. Food just ready at 5:55pm. Then they have the nerve to be rude. Manager hiding int he back and multiple customers have concerns. Why is it so hard to have great customer service?

Last time I ordered here they were out of milk and gave me a soda which I don't drink fountain sodas unless they'll volunteer to show me the syrup lines . I didn't make a big deal out of it but the rude lady that game me my order I guess decided it would be okay to microwave the tenders soggy and disgusting but they were hot never again. Since this place changed management it has been horrible.

I went to this KFC and I asked for one breast, a leg and a wing with a large mashed potato and gravy. I received a thigh, breast , wing, and small mashed potato. I started picking off the breast and noticed I did not have the right order. I went back to the drive-thru and told them that it wasn’t the wrong order. They argued with me about what they charged me for that wasn’t the point I wanted what I ordered, she then took the meal and placed the chicken back with the other meat and gave me what I wanted. Then I asked her did she put the chicken back and she said yes I then told her why would you put it back if I ate off of it she closed the window. I will never go back there and recommend that you don’t either
