My order was totally wrong. When I got my order the lady mumbled something that sounded like “We did not have pawpaw” I asked again and she mumbled the same phrase but I could not understand what she said. She looked annoyed and was dismissive. I thought she meant maybe she didn’t have pop and I was ok with that. However when I got home I found that my order was incorrect. I ordered two of the Hot Honey chicken and what I got was two plates with two pieces of original recipe chicken drizzled in some sweet watery stuff. They put the biscuits in that same plate so my biscuits were all soggy. I ordered mashed potatoes and got macaroni and cheese. This was disappointing.

Awful service. The lady who took our order at the drive-thru Thursday night spoke so fast we could not understand her. When we asked her to clarify, she treated us like we don't know English. She also rudely replied "No!" when we asked if we could pay for extra gravy for the mashed potatoes on the side.
Today, we went to the Greenmount location, and people are much friendlier and have no issues giving gravy on the side. The food is better as well. Agree with all the comments below: probably one of the worst KFC locations in the city. Will stick with Greenmount from now on.

Terrible customer service , girl in the window very rude forgot to give me my side and also I ordered a 3 piece chicken and got 3 of the same pieces of chicken …so I asked for a change and she refused very rude. I will never order from here again . And to top it all off there was no line they were not busy at all so why are yall so discombobulated???
I just ordered tonight (2/2/25 @6:20pm) drive thru, the counter woman of color did not include my soda. She seems to be in a hurry as well. People will wait for their turn as a basic courtesy, no need to rush. You see!!! You didnt give my soda since you're rushing things. Relax. It's not rocket science or a matter of life and death. I know you're tired but every customer experience counts, and this one is not so good of an experience.

I ordered my meal on line for grub hub delivery. When delivered, my order was incorrect. I called at least 11 times before an employee answered. He advised the manager of my call and the manager immediately hung up the phone. I called again, another 15 times before the manager answered and had the phone hung up on me again. I called back a third time and the manager claimed the phone disconnected on its own. I asked him for the name and number to their corporate office, he claimed he didn't know. Additionally, he refused to provide me with his name as well. The food was very disappointing. The chicken was hard, bland and tasteless and the biscuits were hard. From my understanding, there will be a Chick Fillet coming to this area soon and I can hardly wait!

This was a bad experience and it's always like this.. That night crew or night shift is horrible I ordered 5 piece tender meal they only have me 3 and they were old I ordered the same meal and was offered something else both meals were ordered together and both meals were not how it was supposed to be the surge thru attendant was very rude
The food tasted awful. Unseasoned. Texture tasted off and tasted like they didn't even season it at all. The coleslaw was straight juice bruh. I don't know what they're doing in the kitchen but this isn't the first time I had an issue with this place. Not doing this again. Save yall money and go elsewhere.

Ordered online after checking the hours (online closing posted time is 12) I placed the order at 11:12 arrived at 11:21 and the person working (some 30-40 year old black girl) finally came to the window and said they closed, I said I had placed an order and if she could refund it that would be great she frowned and printed a price of paper and said to call the number and closed the window of the drive through. I called and was told I would have to wait for a refund (this was after speaking to two different people.) I am fine they closed early no problem, and it’s not like I spent all that much money but I would like a refund as I did not get the food I paid for. I have been here before and the food was the regular KFC quality. Just disappointed the online system let me place an order and I can’t seem to get my money refunded…

Customer service is insanely slow. Ice machine dispensing ice all over the floor. Tables were clean for the most part. I don't feel brave enough to venture into the restroom.

Missing a biscuit and my drink. I don’t understand how you can forget a drink but alright.and one of the workers closed and lock the door on us at 7 pm when they close at 10
