I just had the WORST experience at this KFC. The staff here seriously need training on basic manners and customer service. From the moment I walked in, not a single person bothered to greet me or even acknowledge I was standing there. I was there to pick up my online order, and they didn’t even ask why I was waiting, just completely ignored me, laughing with each other.
When they finally handed me my food, the girl at the counter literally THREW the bag onto the counter like I was an inconvenience. Didn’t hand it to me, didn’t say a word — just tossed it and walked away. Absolutely unacceptable! I’m genuinely shocked at how rude and unprofessional the behavior was. If you can’t treat customers with basic respect, why even work in customer service? This was my last time visiting this location.
KFC needs to fix this staff issue ASAP because this was beyond disappointing — it was insulting.

They really need to close this location bc why does it smell like rotting meat inside. Secondly the service is just as bad as the smell. Someone needs to contact corporate aswell as the health department cause aint no way.
Place was dead, but still had to wait 20 minutes to pick up an online order that was placed 10 minutes in advance.

My partner and I wanted to try KFC and this location has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered 2 combos with extra crispy, told to wait 17 minutes; ok fine no worries. 40 minutes later still nothing and told they havent even dropped them in the fryer yet. During that 40 minute wait they were laughing about us asking how much longer it would take, having a smug grin when he told us he didnt drop the food in the fryer yet. Very rude staff, we left because I could not deal with it.

I rarely visit KFC and have only been to this location three times, but two of those visits have been enough to convince me not to return. At KFC 7306 McClean Blvd in Baltimore the service has been consistently unacceptable.
During my visit last week I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and ended up waiting 27 minutes for my food. Multiple customers were frustrated and staff refused to issue refunds even though the delay was entirely on their end.
I decided to give the location another chance today and placed the same type of order online. When I arrived at the drive thru to pick it up I was told that they do not hand out online orders through the drive thru and that I needed to come inside. When I asked why I was told we are not giving out online orders in the drive thru. I asked for a refund since I was not getting the order the way I requested and the employee refused and told me to call customer service instead.

I wish I could give them a half of a star. Go to the drive thru,order food then we I go pay he says he don't have a draw at the windows its obvious they don't take cash transactions because they get robbed so much. He should ofbtold this before I ordered. Just close down if its that bad to run a business. So sad.
HORRIBLE AND BAD MANAGEMENT!!! Came here for a chicken pot pie was told 20mins at 5:45p. Came back at 6:10p ordered (2) this time. Now they tell 22mins.
Idk who called out etc. if you have (3) plain cloths woman come to the drive thru window just to be noisy they could have help in the mist of the call outs.
Not one time did they apologize, offer a substitution and or discount. Whats sad its perk hours!!

Normally OK service. Today's drive thru messed up the order. Nothing correct and one order missing the piece of chicken .
