Unacceptable service at KFC on Parkville. I attempted to contact this KFC regarding the potpie was not included with the order I purchased. Why, I rated this location so poorly, no one would answer the phone so that a resolution could be render such as refund or pickup the potpie. I’m so disappointed with them, live to far to just go there without knowing what to expect.Kid-friendliness: Grandson love the drumsticks.

The guy with the small twists was very unpleasant I wanted to get to the spicy wraps and he said there was only enough for 1 instead of dropping tenders ! it was 9 o’clock pm I also asked was the fries going to be fresh he stated no it still gave me almost cold fries. I gave the fries back and told him I want fresh fries which he made. That’s the only reason I gave two stars. I get so tired of going to these fast food, restaurants and getting poor customer service for someone that also works in food service management. He needs to be trained again. I would never give out cold food and if it’s not enough tenders for what they want I will drop fresh tenders and just let them know it will be a wait not ask them do they wanna wait if you close at 11 PM that’s two hours till closing. Why not just ask the cook to drop fresh tenders I will not recommend this location

I think they are doing the best they can. Labor is short everywhere.Got my order in and given a cup for the soda fountain, but the machine wasn't on yet. This was 12:30pm. They got us drinks from behind the counter.Did not get to ask for dipping sauce for the tenders. Good thing I didn't really need them.

So I waited a hour for my food it wasn't cooked all the way I didn't get no assistance on how long my food was gonna be I didn't get offered anything for the wait.and my food was just thrown in the box.the worst kfc I ever been to in my life.if I can 0 stars I would.

I was disappointed. Not the KFC food I remember. Original style lacks texture, very oily.
