What an odd establishment. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken Littles- just the sandwhiches, they were listed at $2.99. I’m told to go to the window for my total and payment…When I get to the window they said it was $5 and some change… I ask if that’s just the sandwhiches and they say yes. I opt to just get the classic sandwich instead (since that’s how much it basically is.) I paid at the window and was then instructed to drive out to the front entrance of the “restaurant” to get my food… why not just deliver the food at the drive thru window? Overall experience was weird and shady. 2nd visit and will not be returning.

I used the website to place a timed order at 12:30pm to be picked up at 6pm. I went to pick up the food at 6pm, and it was ready when I arrived. When I got home the food was cold, the biscuits were rock hard. It was apparent that they made the food when I placed the order at 12:30pm, so that meant it had been sitting there for over five hours.
I drove back to the KFC and requested to have the food remade. I was told very rudely by a manager that I would have to pay for it....again...or I could contact the customer service number for a refund. No apology or nothin'. I was in shock and am still in shock about how terrible my customer experience was.
I ended up calling customer service, and to add insult to injury, they would only offer to pay for half of the meal...half. How dang cheap is this company that they can't do the right thing? Well, based on how many terrible experiences people have had at this store, I'd bet on it shutting down at some point. Especially when Chic Fil A is right across the street. The only reason people go to KFC is because it's always packed over there. But at least they do customer service right!!! I will never return to this store, and most likely, won't ever eat at KFC again.

The store was out of tender and fries but tried there best to accommodate and substituted with nuggets and mashed potatoes and gravy to make up for the unavailable products. Service was fast employees were very nice and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Even tho they didn't have my original order I was still Happy with my order and service.

First thing the weather is tonight it started snowing. I went through drive threw ordered the $40.00 dinner family special and it started with the guy took my credit card told me my total $42.51 afterwards asked me to drive up and park to wait more time for my food . I waited like 5 minutes another person brought the bag out I got home to serve my family and only seriously received 1/2 of the order no Chicken Tenders No sauces…… hard briskets I called to inform them of the mistake no one would pick up the phone I called over and over again No response I was very upset and really angry 😤 because my money was spent ! But my dinner was SHORT DO TO SOMEONE NEGLECTED TO DO THERE JOB !!!!!!!

I frequent this KFC often and will not longer return after being treated very poorly by am employee yesterday. I ordered an extra side of coleslaw and it was not in the bag. I immediately went back through the drive thru to ask for the missing item. I was told to pull around. I did and the lady taking drive thru orders came out and rudely handed me my coleslaw. I said thank you to be polite. She never even acknowledged or spoke a word to me while giving me the nastiest glare. This KFC frequently messes up orders and I am always patient and pleasant with them. I will drive to another location moving forward after yesterday. I spend 40 to 50 on each visit a d deserve to be treated with respect especially if I am being respectful.

It's been a while since I've visited this particular KFC.
It has gotten a makeover. New parking lot, restaurant very clean inside with new booths, tables, and chairs.
The food is very good and tasty.
Customer service is excellent.
Nice upgrade.

I dont get off work till 9:30pm, pulled up at 9:50pm and they were closed? However, they're not supposed to close till 10pm. Very disappointed. Wanted to try the new $5 deal. Guess not.

This location is horrible!
They are always out of something.
Yesterday, a long line of people were told it would take 45 Minuites to 1 Hour for chicken.
Today, I ordered a Meal that includes a Soda. They did not have any sodas. Because the Meal has a Soda included, I asked if the price would be Lower because they did not have Soda and the lady says no, it will be the Same price.
With "Ski high" Prices already, why would I pay the Same Price, without a Soda.
I left BOTH times, Yesterday & Today without buying anything. Because of horrible management,
I refuse to waste my time and gas to revisit.
This is exactly why stores close!
I am now at Popeyes and they have Chicken & Sodas.
I expect this location to Close "Permanently" once people stop visiting.

Sad to say my order was missing BOTH of my sides and i was dumb enough to leave without holding up the line to check the entire order. Will be filing a claim with my credit card. Stealing money from people by not fulfilling the ENTIRE order is not ok. Wont be back.

I appreciate the service from Ms. Kay she was polite, well mannered, professional and quick with taking my order. My food was fresh and delicious. I appreciate great customer service. My visit was a pleasant experience at this location overall!
Very disappointing experience, i have KFC about once a month, I ordered from here 9/13/24 through the app and was given a pick up time. After arriving 4 customers ordered from the lovely lady at the front counter, she even checked on my order to make sure they were making it.
I sat and watched all 4 customers receive there food before me, I then asked once lady from the back of my food was ready, she stated "it's still being made" of course my response was "seriously" she said "yes". I returned to my seat, another 5 minutes passed when the manager finally handed me my drinks without offering a tray, after receiving my food I went home to eat it, only to find they gave me 2 wrong sandwiches, cold nuggets, no dipping sauces and burnt buns with a dribble of BBQ sauce.
Either the app or the employees dropped the ball here, heavily attributed to management not being around until my order was ready, and one lady running the front counter who was kind to check on my order twice,
