I dont know why this place is open. Health department should definitely visit and inspect it. The manager here flirted with me and when I said I am married, he got rude to me. The food here is never fresh and never in stock. Employees are fighting with each other and there was a time when 2 employees faught like crazy and entire kfc staff left the restaurant. This place makes me sick

They messed up my order and the dumb manager (Michael not even sure if thats his name hung up on me). All because they didn’t have the crust for the pot pie. Instead of them letting the dasher know. They just kept my money.

Ordered 3 pot pies, a large Cole slaw and 2 2 piece chicken specials ($5). Came home to eat a pot pie and it has no chicken in it and then I see another review that says the same exact thing. Bad enough the person who was on the drive thru kept saying he can’t hear me. He was polite but swore I was talking too low. Make that make sense. I wish I could give no stars.

I ordered on line to pick up at 7pm got there to a chaotic mess and was told they didn't know how long it would be to get my order done. Went back at 8 they prepared order.

I ordered ONE item. One pot pie. They DECIDED to send me a mashed potato, corn, gravy, and cheese BOWL instead of the pot pie that I ORDERED.
Refund. And 1 star for yall.

Do yourself a favor and head to next KFC on the map. And by all means, please please don’t go through the drive thru. By the time you realize you won’t be served until an half an hour passes (no exagerration) you’ll also realize that the drive thru is too narrow to leave and you’re trapped. I’m typing while in the drive thru approaching the 30 min mark 😓

Severely understaffed. People waited in line for a while and ended up leaving because the food took forever to come out. The staff working looked defeated.
Stood in line for 20 minutes just be told they dont have half the stuff I was trying to order. Place had people waiting 45 minutes

Terrible service they provided. They took more than 30 minutes to order food at the restaurant and finally, when the food was delivered, the worker threw the food at us. It's crap.

What an odd establishment. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken Littles- just the sandwhiches, they were listed at $2.99. I’m told to go to the window for my total and payment…When I get to the window they said it was $5 and some change… I ask if that’s just the sandwhiches and they say yes. I opt to just get the classic sandwich instead (since that’s how much it basically is.) I paid at the window and was then instructed to drive out to the front entrance of the “restaurant” to get my food… why not just deliver the food at the drive thru window? Overall experience was weird and shady. 2nd visit and will not be returning.

I used the website to place a timed order at 12:30pm to be picked up at 6pm. I went to pick up the food at 6pm, and it was ready when I arrived. When I got home the food was cold, the biscuits were rock hard. It was apparent that they made the food when I placed the order at 12:30pm, so that meant it had been sitting there for over five hours.
I drove back to the KFC and requested to have the food remade. I was told very rudely by a manager that I would have to pay for it....again...or I could contact the customer service number for a refund. No apology or nothin'. I was in shock and am still in shock about how terrible my customer experience was.
I ended up calling customer service, and to add insult to injury, they would only offer to pay for half of the meal...half. How dang cheap is this company that they can't do the right thing? Well, based on how many terrible experiences people have had at this store, I'd bet on it shutting down at some point. Especially when Chic Fil A is right across the street. The only reason people go to KFC is because it's always packed over there. But at least they do customer service right!!! I will never return to this store, and most likely, won't ever eat at KFC again.
