I went through drive thru. Ordered chicken tenders. They asked me to pull around and wait. After 10 minutes they said it was coming out. Waited another 10 minutes and they came out and said another 5 minutes. Sorry but not playing the waiting game. Just tell customers you need to make it when ordering and it's going to take 30 minutes. I asked for a refund and went to Popeyes. It took them 1 minute for the same order. Save yourself the headache and do not support this place until they make management changes.

Not sure how they are still open. Very unprofessional. I went through the drive thru was told to pull around front and my food would b brought out after waiting 10 mins I finally went inside to see what was going on. I was told everything was done and being put in the bag. After waiting another 10 mins u can’t believe what I was given. (Where is the sauce?) Totally unacceptable. Let not talk about lack of professionalism, everybody from management to general staff were on their phones. SMH won’t be going back.

Broken door made me drop my drink. Took forever to get my food. The people there had no idea what my order was after they took it. Just set my food on the counter didn’t even acknowledge that it was for me or mine. I won’t be going back.

Cold wintery night called for comfort food, so we went to drive through and ordered two chicken pot pies. Got home, and astonishingly there was NO chicken at all in EITHER pot pie. Nice crust on top, lots of floppy gravy, but absolutely NO CHICKEN. Felt totally ripped off!
