Chubby boy who work at the window on 11/20/25 don’t add ice to people drinks and he got an attitude like you bothering him do your job buddy! Service always been bad here but him in particular he must had a bad day they forget forks make sure yall check at drive thru window don’t pull off just yet lol

Waiting for our food from the side. Ordered 2 fill up bowls and wedge fries. Every time I visit here it’s the same thing, pull around and I literally order the same 2 bowls, the fries were just a little extra because it’s in seasonally. Looks like 3 cars have been serviced since I have been waiting. Ticket #1882.

Don’t try order 20-30 mins ahead, you’ll get there and still have to wait even if the store is empty. N even on top tht the order don’t b right 😂 I waited n didn’t even get my full moneys worth 😒im not going back

I went today, September 26, I ordered an online order at 5:28 and it said in the app that it was ready I went and the very rude cashier told me to wait because it was not ready and I was 40 minutes waiting for my order the manager is not interested in the costumers she gave me the wrong order and did not even apologize for the wait definitely I will not go back here what a horrible place they do not have any order do not buy here if you want fast food because they take time as if it were a restaurant

At first it seemed like they didn't want to wait on me. No greeting no manners period. I had to wait even though the app told me my food was ready. At least the food was hot.

Ordered online at 9:30 and went to pick up at 10 and nothings ready. Following this told several times they didn't have the chicken and they didn't have wedges and then told there's a five minute wait. Asked for a refund before told there was a wait because initially they made it seem like they were out and got hit with we don't do refunds. Basically a lot of back and forth with kids who didn't feel like doing the work they're being paid to do.

What horribly slow service the chicken was dry and they hardly had any sauces. On top of that the rude employee making my food just threw my order on the counter. I mean I don't expect 5 star service from KFC but give me a break. That place wont see another dollar of mine again.

There's a lot of problems with fast food these days. Mainly the people. This location is no different. I don't blame the children that work there for being children, what else should they be? Their professionalism is a reflection of their management. That's the issue. No trying and no care. You don't need to disrespect young employees at all and you really shouldn't because, people, don't respond well to it. You do need to make sure you help them cultivate an appropriate work ethic. Don't act their age or just stand back and do nothing, defeated. Manage!! Do your job and help these kids do a better job!

Place smelled, the wait was too long for a mobile order that I went to get because the app said it was ready. Then the order was wrong and they gave me crappy tenders, knowing they weren't made correctly! They laughed about it. Lastly, I didn't even get all my items. I'm frustrated with the way we carry ourselves. I wanted to go back but for what? To get myself out of character for what they've, clearly never been trained to do the right way? No, close the store, fire the staff and make it into something useful. A place to park cars maybe. This spot been a lost cause since the early 2000's. Some traditions can stop.
