Why is there the last couple days the bowl with the chicken mashed potatoes and corn my son and I shared it with a cup of Dr pepper and the people that ran the place for very very hospitable more than one of them

The food really depends on the cook and what time you go there. I’ll give it a slight 3 stars. Service needs improvement. Maybe get trained by Chic Fil A. One guy who works there, he may be the manager or supervisor, is a bit more courteous than the rest. Most of the staff is so rude and loaded with attitude it’s ridiculous. On top of that, they often don’t put the extra items that are purchased in the box. That has happened so many times that I stopped going there. Recently started again and same situation. It’s really not that hard to pay attention and put the things in the box or maybe it is. I’ve even received a completely different order and only saw that when I got home.
Bad enough I received awful service but the food cold and hard . Had to ask for a receipt. You barely can see the receipt. The manager standing with his back against counter. Just awful

Real Advice About Life
Very clean establishment I must honestly admit. The chicken is warm, good, and tasty but beware, the bottom of your finger lickin bucket might just be soaked in oil, rendering your chicken tasteless. I guess the next time I go back, I'll check the bottom for grease and make them replace it so I don't waste my time and money again. Thank you so much
