I have been to this location several times before and it is not the best service nor the best food quality.But today I went in with coupons that I purchased from another k.F c and they said that they do not accept coupons at this location.I was about to order about thirty to forty dollars worth of food.But because I cannot use my coupons that I paid for from another k f c I will pass

My daughter gotten the chicken wrap it wasn't what it seems on the picture two little over fried chicken fingers no bigger then my Pinky ! Wasn't wrapped right! U never gain weight with this wrap!! Might do update to see if they have done better!!

Every time I order a soda it has no ice in it. I called and was told that the drive thru doesn't have ice. I said it a dash order and I would like some ice this is the third time. Then their is the 3 piece extra crispy chicken. Western fried cold They send you original chicken or mix chicken when you ask for crispy chicken and have choose your pieces..I ordered a dash order today 02/05/26 let's see how this order goes. Remember I called and they said no ice in drive thru. This is a dash order not drive thru and if they choose to fill the order walk over and put ice in cup. Some orders come with potatoes and gravy sometimes you don't want the gravy. It should be an option
I was here from out of town and came to pick up an order with family. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. I would definitely visit this location again when I'm in town.

Why is this place even open? This is the 3rd chance I've given this location and I don't need to get ripped off again so I won't be back. My co-worker picked up lunch for us today and my order consisted of an empty pot pie and a flat Dr. Pepper with no ice.
The pot pie was literally almost empty and had thin little shreds of chicken which were mostly veins and fat and a piece of bone. I ordered a Pepsi but they didnt bother telling her that they were out of Pepsi, ice and carbonation for drinks. So they serve her a warm, flat Dr. Pepper with no ice instead and think its ok??? That's just ignorant and lazy. Who does that??
Do something about the smell inside the restaurant and hire competent staff or else I genuinely hope this place shuts down. MORE of my money wasted because this KFC ripped me off. The last time.
