I'm writing this as of 11/19/25
I go to order order a croffle and boba smoothie.

After seeing this advertisement, the worker informed me that she was told they didn't have it in their system to ring up so the ad isn't valid. Why have it up when it's false advertising?

I was treated very poorly today by whomever had the opening shift for this location 10/21/25. I am assuming that whoever was supposed to take over for the evening shift was running late so the little girls that were on location decided to close the store until 5pm or whenever the next shift comes in. I walked in at quarter past 4pm and a young girl walked up towards me with a backpack on and was turning me away saying, “ Sorry, we are closed now. We open back up at 5!” I mean, why not take care of me since I am already here??? I felt very dismissed and devalued, as if waiting there 45 minutes outside until someone “maybe” shows up was perfectly ok when she could’ve handled my order and been out the door in 10 or so minutes anyway. I probably won’t be back to this shop after this. Bubble tea spots in Baltimore seem to have horrible luck in staying open and maintaining a profit regardless so having employees that turn away customers and their loyalty will eventually be your downfall. Best of luck.

I truly love this boba spot! It’s the best one I have found in Baltimore. The ambiance is casual yet warm and welcoming. I have also become a regular to where they know my order.

They have so many flavors and combinations you can make by adding boba or jelly. Their customer service is authentic and very inviting, too. So long as I live in the area, I’ll continue to patron this location.

Matcha Latte and Brown Sugar Milk Tea was delicious

10 out of the 10 would recommend! Everything I’ve tried has been delicious and the customer service is on point!

Prices went up which is fine but it’s not good anymore, i got the strawberry oreo with strawberry boba/normal boba and this is my second time trying this drink, for the first time i went to Towson and it was amazing. Over here in canton they did not do it right whatsoever and not only that the strawberry popping boba doesn’t even taste like strawberry. This boba drink has no flavor whatsoever and lacks so much product and flavor and I payed $8.50 for this drink.

It was pricey for like a really bad Boba. I would usually get the Oreo C&C and it used to be like OK priced but it seems like they changed it today. I got the matcha latte strawberry Boba and it was just bad. Like I usually order matcha at other places, so I know what a good Matcha latte tastes like but this one was just really horrible. It also looked like a really bad taste in my mouth. I paid $7.14 for some really bad matcha.
