The gumbo was extraordinary!
Great service and spectacular food, love Kora Lee’s!
I happened upon Kora Lee’s tent at the flower festival in Baltimore today…what a lucky find! I had a shrimp salad wrap that was delicious and chock full of lovely, nice sized, shrimp! So often baby shrimp are used and used sparingly… This wrap was a real treat for the taste buds! The dessert outdid the shrimp wrap! I feel like real love must go into everything made here… that’s the only way to coax the flavors to meld so beautifully! I will definitely be trying the restaurant!Amy
BEIGNETS!! Yes, please. Berries & cream! PB & Chocolate! Powered sugar! Kora Lee’s is AMAZING and the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! Ms. Kora made a fresh batch of beignets just because. Everything was fresh and pretty and delicious! I give this a 20 out of 10.
I work in Catonsville and I cant believe I have not seen this gem!! The mini cupcakes are my FAVORITE! I don’t usually have a sweet tooth, but this place is a game changer! The owner, Kora, was awesome and kind! You can tell that she loves what she does, and cares about her customers. I can’t wait to try the fried fish (I went at closing time and they were sold out!).
Kora Lee’s saved the day!! I was on a hunt for a hot breakfast to take my mother in a nearby rehabilitation facility that I promised. I ran across Koras and it was the best thing ever just want I needed. The menu was so tasteful and so was the waffle ? and ? eggs that my mom let me barely sample! It was such a delight to meet her and read her story of how she opened this cute store cafe in Baltimore!! I’ll be back for sure probably every day when I visit my Mama!! Great food!!

I got a surprise bag through Too Good to Go and was lucky enough to get one of the cinnamon rolls. I'm not normally a huge cinnamon roll person, but Kora Lee's are AMAZING. They have some sort of sticky caramel on the bottom (honestly they're like the perfect marriage between monkey bread and cinnamon rolls), but my favorite part about them is that somehow they're not too sweet. They're definitely sweet, but not to the point of needing to drink between every bite. 10/10I also received the chicken salad and the egg salad, both of which are amazing and very well seasoned! They're far from the plain old egg/chicken salad that you think of.Overall, I'm amazed at the quality of food, especially considering the small amount I paid for the surprise bag. I will absolutely be returning!!
I decided why not try this bakery out and I did not regret it?
I ordered a Cocoa Caramel Cupcake, Snicker Doodle Cupcake, Chocolate Berry Cupcake, Banana Pudding and A Fresh-Made Lemonade ????
I usually don't eat frosting but they even made the frost so good I ate it without even thinking of it??
My favorite cupcake so far is the Chocolate Berry Cupcake ????? Can't wait to go back and get more??????
Haven’t been to this store yet but I’ve been going to her stand at the Catonsville Farmers Market almost every Sunday for awhile now and the food is delicious! Her creations are unique and her baking is absolutely incredible. Can’t wait to come in to the shop!
If I could leave a review of a -0 I would definitely do so. I called Kora Lee’s Cafe to ask about boxing cupcakes for a birthday, it should not matter to or upset the owner from how many questions that I ask due to me not fully understanding what her company/cafe had available. She proceeded to then catch and attitude and started to yell over the phone at me saying “we do not have birthday boxes!” my question was, if she had any for me just to boxin general. I understood that she didn’t have any “themed” boxes. Regardless, as a business owner and entrepreneur, I expected more of a polite response. She was getting frustrated with me because I was trying to figure something out, it shouldn’t have been handled with her being disrespectful. I hope that as young as she is, she is able to find the light at the end of her tunnel because as of now it’s pretty dark. Good luck with your business, Kora. Your mannerism and entire approach to your so called “customers” is disgusting. Not tomention my workplace used Kora Lee’s cupcakes for a catering event just a couple of months ago. The company I work for will no longer be ordering anything through this company. Ever.
Honestly the cake pops I ordered were delicious but I asked for pink cake with white icing for a gender reveal and the cake was a dark red and you could see through the bottom. Just a little disappointing to pay but not get what you asked for which I felt was a pretty simple request.
