something is different and we didn’t like it
Waited over 15 minutes waiting for someone to attend me, no one was there, there was no signs that they were on a break or coming back. Instead I went to Cinnabon. This is not the first time it happens.
Hands down the best donuts ever??
I'm giving them one star because I went there today, 9/24/22, and clearly asked her if the glazed doughnuts were fresh, and she responded yes. She gave me staled doughnuts from the bottom tray. The doughnuts tasted so bad that I couldn't eat them.
Donut was good as expected.

It's 11:20 AM and the shop is supposed to open at 11 AM and there's no one here.
If you have a free doughnut in the app don’t think about coming here because they won’t take it ?
Store is a kiosk type location. They do not accept coupons. Only one person works here so no one is there when they take lunch.
Donuts STALE and most certainly NOT soft, warm hot not even mouth warming the donuts sit all day long they don't even have a warmer to warm them or keep them fresh this would be my 3rd time trying and my last

We have been to this location three times and each time the employees have been touching food without using gloves. Poor health standards, not worth the risk during a pandemic.
This is without a doubt a franchised Krispy Kreme and quite possibly the worst one I've ever seen.A single person works here. And while i sympathize with a single person putting in all the work, they're not putting in all the work. If you're unwilling to either put in all the work or hire another person or two, you deserve no sympathy.The owner takes frequent breaks and whenever they are, they're always on their phone. They didn't even put in the money for a donut warmer.Donuts are tiny and sometimes old. I literally only go there for my free daily donut for being vaccinated. I will never EVER spend a single dollar here. Not even a CENT. And i hope no one does either until they start acting like a real business and giving quality product.
Most times I go to the Columbia Mall just to get a Krispie Kreme donut, there is no one there to wait on people

Pleasant surprise to see them in the mall. Couldn’t resist, had to stop. Donuts were delicious and the people were very friendly.
