Krispy Krunchy Chicken

Until they get the pick up and delivery correct they will be 2 stars. They just started selling the Krispy Krunchy chicken at wings and things which I was so delighted for. My first time ordering I received what I asked for but I waited for that and it was around 8/9pm. They close on Thursday’s at 1130. I order pick up for me and my coworker, we wanted it so bad. I order 2 Krispy Krunchy chicken 3pc and fries. When I got back to work it was not Krispy Krunchy chicken it was wings n things chicken and fries. When I called about it they said oh we only sell the Krispy Krunchy I’m like um that’s not what’s in my bag. The fries don’t look like the fries I ordered the other day and the chicken don’t either, they even came in a different box, they actually had the Krispy Krunchy box last time, this time I was given a regular box idk I may only go to that place if I am waiting for my food and it’s early never near closing because your order may be wrong. Check your food, other than that I love wings and things but they have to get better with selling the Krispy chicken along with there own chicken because I’m guessing if they are closing and they have no more of the Krispy Krunchy food but they have orders for it they will give you wings n things food without you even knowing until you open the bag and that is not fair to the customer. I did not pay for your chicken I paid for Krispy Krunchy chicken.

False advertisement..bad customer service .. they sent me a flyer with a meat lover pizza for 20.99 and end up getting charged $27.00 and i went with the flyer showing them still got charged 27

Tried the cheesesteak sub from this place a few weeks ago. Horrible overcooked meat dry. Today. I tried the chicken tenders, six piece, horrible chicken, overcooked hard and stringy. There's no reason for chicken tender to be dry and stringy and hard to chew.

There's no way these shrimp were $6 this is horrible customer service. I did eat one but 5 shrimp for $6 is insane and they're not even jumbo or Xtra large
