This business has no shame, take your money elsewhereI was not going to leave a review and go on about my day if they would’ve had enough dignity to refund me my money on their own, but no I had to file a claim with my bank and even then they had the audacity to reject it, after disrespectful customer service and me walking out empty handed. At the end of the day is not much about the money but the PRINCIPLE behind it, which this business has NONE OF. For those who care to read what happened, see below.Back story is, I placed an order for pick up, while @ the restaurant I just so happen to take the wrong order (after waiting for 20min, when food was placed about 20min prior, about 40min total) after the bag was put next to my receipt after paying, got home and come to find out it was the wrong order. So I go out my way to go back to the business and tell them I was given the wrong order (already annoyed bc of all the lost time) and immediately the cashier catches an attitude and gives me an ignorant comment on the situation putting all the blame on me, so I proceed to ignore it already pissed and demand if my food is even ready to begin with (considering after initially leaving restaurant with the wrong order up to now is about +30mins), come to find out they say no, like you want to come @ me sideways but my food is not even ready still, like what? About +1hr after??? So after that disrespect all together I decide is best to leave right away WITHOUT ANYTHING, rather than tolerating this nasty “customer service” (mind you im not the only one complaining about rudeness, look @ other low rating comments, they should really watch who they hire)…and I was also not going to risk them messing with my food as a get back. As I was walking out EMPTY HANDED and mad, here comes the owner right behind me uttering something which I did not care to listen @this point and completely ignore it bc the whole point of me walking out to avoid any further conflict and escalation.If you looking for a BETTER alternative, go to Mama Tana’s, simple as that.
