RECOMENDED %1000. EXELENT FOOD AND SERVICES.
This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem in Baltimore. If you're craving Salvadoran food or just Spanish food in general this is the place to go! It's not much for atmosphere or sights but the food more than makes up for that.
The servers are very friendly which is a plus. They are not stingy in any way. This place is generous with its servings and its not for lack of quality. You will not be disappointed with flavor and colors.
It's located inside the supermarket to the right of the entrance. The sights and sounds may dissuade you but do not despair, once you look past the sights and feast your eyes on the meal you will be in food bliss.
The casamiento was delicious. Beans, rice and scrambled veggie eggs with avocado, sweet plantains paired with Salvi sour cream and crumbled cheese. mouth watering to say the least. A staple for Salvi breakfast.
The giant chicken quesadilla was worth the price as it is big enough to serve 2. you will definitely leave with a full belly and a huge smile.
The grilled chicken burger with fires. OMG! The fries had ketchup and mayo and a sauce that was delightful. the chicken was huge and the meal itself is for 2. again very generous portions.
Steak and rice was good as well. the steak was not the softest but not the hardest I've had. could have been better but no complaints over all. rice and beans were good also.
Beef soup was also very tasty. the size of that bowl goodness me. can't stop emphasizing the portions here. and the flavors spot on.
The chicken taquitos by far were my favorite as an appetizer! they were stuffed to the max and packed with flavor and came with sour cream guacamole and salad. can't beat that with a bat!
lastly the pupusas. were buttery and soft. the revuelta and cheese ones were mouth watering good.
the Piña colada was great! and a huge serving!
I can't say enough about this place. The price is a bargain when you compare to the portion size you get. I say hands down come and eat here.
Good stuff
This is my second time buying food. The food was terrible and reheated, not fresh at all. The fried Yuca was dark due to oil they fried. Also, got Mar y Tierra. Everything tastes like they just reheated the food.

The pupusas are useless and they don't put cheese on them. I don't call them pupusas, I call them tortillas in oil.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered 15 scrambled pupusas (chicharrón cheese and beans) when I got home we noticed that the cheese in the pupusas was sour and ruined. I called the restaurant and the girl who served me told me that it was strange that the cheese was ruined in the that she rented to return the money. On the one hand, a young lady laughed in a mocking manner while talking to another cook and they turned to look at me as if mocking my complaints. I asked the young lady who was returning the money to me, what was the name of The cook told me in a bad way MARYORI. This girl's name is from there, she made big faces as if the problem was with her. In the end she gave me the money back, but the truth is I had very little desire to return to this place (I think they forget that as a client and consumer you pay your salary at no time did I offend her I simply returned the food that they sold me since they opened in Savemark we arrived with my whole family I thought they would provide the same service as in the other LAS ESPERANZAS CAFÉ 2 That if I go they are not going to go bankrupt but with employees like that they run people away

It's no good, they sell pupusas with stale pork rinds and they don't cook them well, which made me sick for a couple of days because of selling things that don't work.
