I am currently with my family still waiting for our room to be ready. We haven’t been given any time frame to expect our room. All we’re being given is excuses about an NFL team overstaying. I’ve been to the front desk 5 times now. I was told I was free to go elsewhere which isn’t even possible because everywhere is sold out. We drove down from NJ for the Yankees game and gates open in less than 10 mins. You have a whole lobby full of guests all in the same boat. And there seems to be nobody in charge. This is wildly unacceptable.
We had a terrible experience with poor customer service and when I reached out to higher authority I was promised a refund. It’s been almost a month now and still nothing. I believe they just told me they would refund me to shut me up- but never actually refunded me. Not worth the money. Not actually haunted. Just a big disappointment, over priced, overrated and TERRIBLE customer service. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
We stayed two nights and had a great time. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff--from the front desk to the maids--were an absolute joy to talk to. The elevators (all of them) ran just fine as far as we could tell. Some of the furniture is worn but everything was clean. The bathroom could use some new wallpaper but nothing major. You can't beat the price and you're a 10 minute walk to the stadiums and the waterfront. Can't beat the convenience.
We had omelets and a breakfast Sammy. Everything was DELICIOUS and the space was very clean.

My colleagues and I were staying at this hotel for a conference in town. We ate here for breakfast 2 days because it was good and convenient. The breakfast plate is huge for the cost and the iced latte was splendid. Service is a little slow, but the server’s friendliness balanced that!

stayed at the world Baltimore Hotel for my graduation this past weekend, Though the hotel front desk was shortstaffed they were doing their best to keep up with a sold out hotel. Upon checking in to this clean and beautiful hotel, we went to the lobby bar where we met two of the most amazing staff members who made us feel like we were regulars, they were informative and attentive to our needs and questions. Elizabeth and Sam went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we need along with delicious drinks to start our day. They also went out of their way to congratulate me on my graduation and we’re so kind to my family members. After my graduation, we did return to the hotel because we were excited to try the sky bar. Sadly, we did not get the same experience with the Skybar staff there however, Gina and Gary from the culinary end were amazing. Before turning in for the night, we came back down to the lobby bar. I’m at China the bartender she gave us the same service and experience that Sam and Elizabeth did as they seem so proud of their hotel and our true emulation of what Customer Service is in the hospitality business. It’s true a few bad apples do not spoil the rest. We will definitely be back and hope to see these amazing staff members again.
Worst experience ever! Waited too long for my food and when I informed the lady with the glasses, weave out and no hair net, who was behind the counter of my 20 minute wait, she said to sit down and keep waiting. I almost cussed her out but Perhaps she needs a Job in the basement away from people. For the rest of my stay I will never go back down there. The older lady is the only one with sense

We waited an hour for two breakfast meals while others after us received their food. I asked sever to check on the order and she said they were just busy. Finally when everyone had eaten and cleared out she checked on our order and we received food ten minutes later.

I attended LegalShield International Convention April 23 -27 .
I met my LegalShield business partner/fam Lucius Williamson Jr here and fell in love dining here.
Spinach Omelet and chicken sausage were everything.
I am visiting here, LB Tavern, and LB hotel again in the near future.

Staff seemed a little bit overwhelmed. The lack of Apple pay or Google pay slowed down the processing of transactions. This weekend there were two groups in for conferences so it looked more busier than usual. Came downstairs for breakfast around 8:45 and most of the pastries and items in the fridge were almost sold out. The coffee from La Columbe was delicious, egg sandwich was savory and made with love. Also orders a caramel brownie which was phenomenal. Overall, food was great - they just need to work out the issues with service and the point of sales system.

Cute little bistro attached to the Lord Baltimore Hotel. I had a quick lunch here after checking out from my stay. The guy behind the counter (on 9/25 ) was SO nice and seemed genuinely happy to see me walk in. The coffee was very tasty and I ordered a BLT that was quite good as was the Caesar salad. The only weird thing was the pickle... which I always like pickles... it tasted old? There is also a nice grab-and-go case featuring sandwiches and fruits and more. The menu is very similar if not identical to the tavern in the lobby. I would consider stopping in again for lunch some day.
