Very laid back staff to the point you wonder if anyone is actually going to take your order. Been here twice for eat in and both times there has only been one other table with customers. Food is ok, daughter claims it's not as tasty as the Ledo in Ellicott City. Definitely no atmosphere; most of their business is carry out.

I'm not sure if this particular location is family-run, but I often see the same faces behind the counter. There used to be a guy there who really understood what customer service meant—he’d occasionally let me slide if I was a few cents short or throw in a blue cheese for free, knowing I was a regular and he'd make it back in the long run.
Unfortunately, that level of service seems to be missing now. The current staff, especially the guy with the orange hair, just doesn’t seem to get it. There's a noticeable language barrier, and at times it feels like they don’t fully understand the menu or what they're selling. They move a bit slow too, which I hope isn’t due to a lack of training.
As for the food—it's Ledo’s, so the quality is fairly consistent and hard to mess up. It’s decent for what it is. Overall, I’d give this location a 7 out of 10.

Ordered a hot honey pizza and a salad. The pizza itself was actually quite good. But halfway through eating the salad I found a BUG. The salad was thrown out right after. I’d buy pizza again but definitely not any salad

As I stated before, Ledo is my favorite and only pizza that my family and I love and eat. I went to get my pizza since I now live in Baltimore. It was a pick-up. Customer service is good even over the phone. The waiting time was just 15 minutes !! Wow!! U can't beat that!! Great job!! I love Ledo!!
