I dug this place. It seemed like your local corner watering hole and a great place to watch a game. I didn't eat here, but drank a bunch of $4 natty boh pints.

They had a big Tottenham soccer display throughout the bar, so I figure they house some sort of club, which is cool if you're into that.

All the locals seemed chill and welcoming to newcomers and made you feel like you'd want to come back.

If I still lived in the city, this would be my goto spot. Small but friendly bar. Most of the time it is filled with locals but they are always nice and fun to talk to, especially during any sporting event. Owner is mad cool and his cook is always making some tasty specials, along with the standard wings and burgers. If you want to go somewhere to just chill and have a good time, I would recommend this place.

response to the manager Richard:
Richard, thanks for your reply.
Frankly, your response confirms my original point: you're not truly listening to customer feedback.
1. The server was rude. Your apparent support of that attitude is upsetting and directly impacts the customer experience.
2. You witnessed the situation. You were sitting right there. To suggest otherwise or to only act after the fact is concerning.
3. On substitutions: If a customer has a dietary need and requests a simple add-on (like prawns for chicken), the answer shouldn't be a flat 'no' with a smirk. It should be, 'Let me check, and yes, with a small upcharge.' This is a basic expectation for a restaurant, and it also impacts your food revenue. Which you should care about as a class B liquor license holder also as a former chef!
4. Your invitation to talk: We've spent over $500 in your establishment, and you've never once offered a welcome or acknowledgment. What exactly would a conversation change now if your current actions don't reflect a desire for improvement?
The food is good, but the atmosphere and front-of-house service, starting from management, consistently fall short. It's truly disappointing.

I had hoped to try the burgers here but the kitchen closed at 9 pm.

I probably won't come back.

A perfect corner bar. Great spot to watch sports, especially with the outside tables and TVs. Bar service only, which is perfect for the vibe. The staff are all good people and social. Beer is cold and plenty of TVs, don’t need much more

Extremely mediocre food + piss poor service. Just about anywhere else in Baltimore would probably be a better choice than eating here. Most disorganized establishment I’ve been to in ages… they don’t even bring food to the table! We were expected to get up and retrieve our orders from the bar and they wouldn’t even give an estimate of how long the food would take, they just expected us to keep coming up and checking in with the bar to see if the food was ready. When it was finally ready we had to bring all utensils and food to the table ourselves which they also didn’t provide until explicitly asked (like I’m going to eat a salad with my hands and no napkins). They also charge a 3% service fee for credit cards too

Why a bar uses plastic cups when there is 5 people in the bar is lazy

The bartender was awesome. The only issue was that the buffalo wings were gummy. Like the breading was wet, almost like flour was in the sauce. This is weird for the establishment because I've had old bay wings here twice, and they were goodI Thinking it was an off day.
