I've never experienced a group like Liliahni's Catering. It has a uniqueness about it with, creatively plated dishes that are shaped to meet your tastebuds.The dishes I've had so far have me hearing Pavarotti singing High C's in my head during the first bite. At Allora (One of the Groups Venues) There is a distinctiveness in the culture of service with staff. I would suggest going to brunch for a more laid back yet, high-end feel on Saturdays and Sundays.Menus vary depending on the time ans day of your visit. Delicious housemade sandwiches and brew is served during the week. The food is chosen based on the quality no matter if it's coming from Italy or a local bakery. When you spend your bucks you will be contributing to the global market and/or the local market. ( Baltimore/D.C. Metropolitan Areas) It's definitely a smart spend for investing in a luxurious experience for yourself and loved ones alike.My suggestions for navigating your experience would be reservations for Weekend Brunches/Dinners.To illustrate Dinner, the Chefs of the company deliver and work as a team, performing top-notch service with options to have a beatuifully crafted full-course meal. Wow, the team at Liliahna’s was by far one of the best decision we made for our wedding celebration. They are far more than a traditional catering company - we loved working with Brendon and Kristin. Both had fun and professional personalities. Brendon Hudson is a master chef, he created a menu that was unique and loved by everyone from appetizers, to entrees - it far exceeded our expectations. We had a small intimate wedding (about 30 guests) at our home that we planned in 2 weeks notice. Liliahna Luxury Catering was amazing. They were quick to respond, on time, courtesy, and helpful. Everyone loved the food, especially the tenderloin. I've had many phone calls from guests asking how I found them. They packed all the leftovers and cleaned the entire kitchen. Very nice staff and flexible with everything that night. Would highly recommended. Will definitely be using again!

Liliahna recently catered a holiday open house that I had at my home. They did a phenomenal job! Chef Michelle and Kirsten were a joy to work with. Chef Brendon also stopped by since this was my first time working with his company. The food was superb -- a perfectly cooked tenderloin, delicious chili spiced sweet potatoes, fantastic appetizers -- the quality and presentation were divine. I found them during a website search and the description of their "bespoke" catering style was music to my ears. I can definitely attest to their bespoke service and interactions -- they tailored the event to my needs, allowed me to be a true guest at my own event, and left my house in perfect condition! Brendon and Kristen got back to me promptly and happily with answers to my questions. I was nervous to turn over the reins to my daughter's micro wedding to anyone but Liliahna gave me peace of mind. They were so knowledgeable and willing to please. On the day of the wedding, they sent me a crew of 5 people who worked together like a well-oiled machine. If we needed or wanted something, it magically appeared...served up with a smile. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Brooke, our bartender was so kind and efficient. My wife and I hired Liliahna Catering for our wedding reception scheduled back in 2020 but we needed to reschedule it to March 2022 due to COVID. Brendon was very helpful and accommodating to our needs while we figured out how to move forward with our rescheduled event. Once we had the event rescheduled Kristen also came in to assist with the finalized plans. They both worked really hard to make sure our event went off without a hitch even when we throw a few curve balls along the way. Our guest ravedabout how good the food, drinks and service was for our celebration. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the Liliahna team. They are true professionals and I would recommend them for any size event.
