Limoncello Baltimore

Our company hosted our holiday dinner at Limoncello for a group, and unfortunately the service fell far short of expectations.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was lacking - no greeting from the host, no smiles, and an unwelcoming atmosphere that set the wrong tone for our event.
Things didn't improve from there.

Our server forgot my drink order, and more concerning, when a guest ordered a vegan pasta dish, it arrived prepared with cream. When we pointed out the error, the server denied the mistake rather than apologizing and correcting it.

For guests with dietary restrictions, this kind of response is unacceptable and potentially harmful.
For a restaurant of this caliber and price point, we expected much better hospitality. The lack of attentiveness and accountability from the staff made what should have been a celebratory evening a frustrating experience.

Kitchen closes prematurely at 9 when open till 10. Poor business management! Don't recommend going ro a business who doesn't stay open during posted business hours!!! Atrocious!!!

Haley & Claudio are super excellent servers! They truly make my experience a 10/10, I am there at least 3 times a month

I love the ambiance and feel of the restaurant. Service was cool but she added 20% gratuity on to our bill. The stuffed salmon wasn't fresh and seemed like it was frozen. It was a small portion for $34 dollars and was overcooked. The $20 bottomless mimosas, tiramisu French toast, and avocado toast three ways were great!

Dined here last night and had such a wonderful evening with some friends. Our server took great care of us and was sure to acknowledge a special birthday. For starters we got the Caesar salad and burrata to share- both were wonderful and we got some extra bread with the burrata which i would recommend. We all adored our entrees- i got the scallops which comes with risotto; it was fantastic! But a little too much food to finish in one sitting for me haha! Overall i loved my first experience here and i will be sure to dine here again soon!

Excellent food. High quality and comparable to what you would experience in Italy. Our server, Rico, was attentive, knowledgeable and with a truly great personality. One of the managers also stopped by to check on us. She also has great people skills. It is obvious that the restaurant takes pride in their food and service. We will definitely visit again soon.

The food was good! The service was excellent! The waiter checked in on us many times. The meal went at a nice pace... we were not rushed at all. And it was a busy Saturday night. The manager even came over to see how everything was going. It was a lovely evening.

Great food, service was at a very nice pace. We had dinner on a Sunday evening so it was quiet with nice ambiance. The Tiramisu was the best we have ever had. So save room. We would go again.

My experience at Limoncello was wonderful. I was celebrating my Birthday, and the customer service, ambience, and food were perfect!! Our waiter was very patient with us, given that it was a large party, and the manager was nothing short of accommodating. And I cannot forget at the bartender, our drinks were on point!! I look forward to returning for another delicious meal. 

Had the most wonderful experience for my birthday! The service was great and everyone was very accommodating! This is my second time there and both times were great experiences.

Visited twice and each time the food was okay.
