The food was decent, the atmosphere is chill. The 5 star service is for Chole C. because although it was really busy, she stepped in and helped us even though we were not in her section. We were split up from our party due to the bartender who although visibly overwhelmed, which happens had an unapologetic attitude that caused the rest of our party to leave and go else where. Thank you so much Chole for your above and beyond service!

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
I visited this restaurant with a group of friends this past weekend (party of 9), and while the evening started off nicely, it quickly went downhill.
The drinks were good, and those who ordered the Restaurant Week specials enjoyed their appetizers. However, once our entrées arrived, five of us were very disappointed. The shrimp scampi was bland and unappetizing. Two friends ordered lasagna, and one plate came out burnt. Another guest ordered the shrimp and scallop pasta, and the scallops were severely overcooked.
We politely asked to speak with the manager, simply hoping the guests who were unhappy could exchange their meals for something else. Before even hearing us out, he immediately stated that he would not be comping five meals. We had not asked for any meals to be comped — we just wanted the opportunity to order something we would actually enjoy. His tone and attitude were unnecessarily hostile and dismissive.
I was visiting from New York and have never experienced this level of poor management at any establishment there. It genuinely felt as though assumptions were made about us before we were even given the chance to explain the situation. No one had an issue paying for their meals — we simply didn’t want to pay for food that was poorly prepared and unenjoyable.
After unnecessary back-and-forth, the manager eventually comped two meals, but by then the damage was done. The attitude and lack of professionalism completely ruined what should have been a fun evening with friends.
Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I feel it’s important to share this experience with others.

Horrible service. Manager and wait staff refused additional service after opting for bottomless mimosas. We were not intoxicated.

I visited this morning with my girlfriends to celebrate my birthday, and while our brunch began wonderfully, it unfortunately ended on a sour note.

We arrived before 11am, were seated right away, and decided to enjoy the bottomless brunch and Restaurant Week specials. We ordered extra appetizers and desserts, and our server, who let us know she was new, was absolutely lovely. Even when I accidentally spilled my water and later my (very full!) espresso martini, she handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The food was fantastic, and we were having such a great time.

Where things took a turn was at the end. Once our two-hour bottomless window was up, we were told we couldn’t order additional drinks at the table—which we completely respected. Since we had car service and sitters, we headed to the bar to enjoy one last cocktail together before leaving. The bartender told us she could not serve us because we had participated in the bottomless brunch. For context, we are all in our 40s, and each of us had only 2–4 drinks over the course of 2.5 hours. At no point were we told we wouldn’t be able to order a drink at the bar afterward.

It felt uncomfortable, judgmental, and honestly embarrassing. My friend spoke with the manager, who said it was policy and that the bartender felt “uncomfortable” serving us. We are all responsible adults, and I’ve been here many times—including hosting an event for a friend’s birthday—and have never been treated this way.

While I won’t let the last 15–20 minutes overshadow what was a lovely birthday brunch, it was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant based on this experience. The food was amazing, but the way we were handled at the end left a lasting negative impression. Really disappointing….
