I finally had the infamous Dirty Yak Spicy with shrimp and extra egg and….I enjoyed it! It was true to its word when they said spicy which I can appreciate. Once ya nose start running…..that’s how you know it’s hot! I like the noodle consistency and texture. The ratio of noodle to shrimp was good. It was well seasoned. Great portion size for the price. The wait time was prompt. No complaints here. Look forward to trying other items on the menu in the future.
