Little Ceasars pizza use to be so good for the price. I went to the Erdman shopping center location last evening and got a $9 pepperoni pizza for my grandson. It was given to me right out of the front counter case. I was happy I didn't have to wait. I'd rather had waited if it would've given a better product because it was awful taste just like the box it was given in. I know it's cheap but come on don't take ppl money like that.

The young lady that was placing my order was under her shirt scratching. I asked her to stop scratching her skin , she continued. I refused to place an order. Never will I go to erdman location.

Horrible customer service I ordered 3 items from door dash and the dasher was as nice as can be but when I realized one of my items were missing I called little ceasers to let them know they were very disrespectful did not want to help at all kept telling me to take it up with door dash or I could pay for someone to bring it to me after they were the ones that clearly made the mistake!!! MY OPINION ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This place is HORRIBLE, the staff is disrespectful and don’t know what they are talking about. They messed up my door dash order and said I had to pay for another delivery to get my food they never gave him and was missing out of my order. When I asked for their corporate number they said their manager wasn’t on site because they do not even speak English well enough to get orders right. This place was terrible and I will NEVER order from them again. My dasher was very polite and nice with helping me through handling the situation but this restaurant SUCKS.

I asked for crazy puffs with no tomato sauce this girl proceeds to hand me a box. I walk into the store next door and take a bite realizing it was sauce. I walk back in and tell the cashier it’s sauce I asked for no sauce a guy comes out the back I’m guessing the manager with a dirty shirt talking about I ate it i took one bite. Than process to yell at the cashier no custom orders. Than process to tell me it’ll be 30 minutes.WHAT I PAYED FOR IS WHAT I SHOULD GET SIMPLE EXACTLY WHY I DONT EAT OUT.
