I asked for crazy puffs with no tomato sauce this girl proceeds to hand me a box. I walk into the store next door and take a bite realizing it was sauce. I walk back in and tell the cashier it’s sauce I asked for no sauce a guy comes out the back I’m guessing the manager with a dirty shirt talking about I ate it i took one bite. Than process to yell at the cashier no custom orders. Than process to tell me it’ll be 30 minutes.WHAT I PAYED FOR IS WHAT I SHOULD GET SIMPLE EXACTLY WHY I DONT EAT OUT.

Horrible customer service! The man walked away from me as I was telling him that my food wasn't right. He didn't care that my pizza was wrong and he told me to buy another one. Hardly any cheese on the pizza. Do not go to this location!

I ordered today and had an extra bacon and extra sauce pizza and cheesy bread. There wasn’t any extra bacon on my pizza so I called and asked to have a credit of $2-$5 but Leo informed me that they could not do anything or link me to a manager. He told me to come back and I’m pregnant so this temperature of 102 in Baltimore city is too much for me. I even tried to work with the employee and he had no solutions to provide. He asked why did I take the pizza and o told him that it was bacon so I didn’t know if all of the bacon was beneath the cheese or not but I found out once I got home and ate 2 slices. I don’t think that it was fair for the staff to not have the number or information for a manager since a manager was not on duty during the time I came today 4:40 pm 6/22/24. I regret paying extra for a topping that was not added.

This store has done an AWESOME! staff makeover and the pizza is pizzaing now when I crave that pizza pizza taste I don't have to drive 20 mins out the way and the PUFFS well let's just say they are YUMMY! TO THE MAX and leave it there clean friendly and the pizza is COOKED! now I'll be back sometime this week??♂️

If you have grandkids they like to eat at these places fast food places I suggest if you just taking two of them with you bring about about $100 they do like to be I just go to the places where I'm comfortable.
