First off the people don't know how to read putting orders in front of others who put there order in three orders prior but the they want to be rude to me for getting upset with how they are running the facility I used to be in food service and could run that restaurant with half the crew they have with less wait time and better profit margins

They were busy very short handed the wait wasn't that love seeing how busy they were. The employees were great still smiling even though it's was at night time and they were extremely busy.

The manager Angel at this location was absolutely wonderful. I had ordered but my order was messed up but I wasn’t able to get up there that day beings tho a friend picked it up for me in the first place. Angel assured me that my next order would be free. I ordered today (2/09/24) and at first the person that answered the phone seemed to not want to take my order. I don’t know if she misunderstood me when I said “I ordered last week but it was messed up so the Manager Angel told me my next order was free”. The young woman said “can you call back later we’re busy”. I’m sorry but I’m hungry now and my kids father is picking it up for me I’m kinda on a schedule but I didn’t say that I just asked to speak to Angel. Of course Angel being the absolute best took my order and put it in queue. Thanks again Angel

No matter how busy, the staff are always polite and patient which is hard to find now days. They will fix your order without any issues if need be.

Never actually got to try any food from this store but after waiting 45 minutes and seeing a rat as big as a football walk around the kitchen while nobody was wearing any gloves I proceeded to demand a refund let's hope the health department shuts this place down!!DO

Called to get put on hold for 15 min and then get hung up on .just for me to call back and then not answer I called 3 times poor service and you could hear them laughing and playing while on hold .just lost my business.

Today was my first time at this location. When I asked about $7.99 deal the person behind the counter said the last pizza in the case was available and it was pepperoni. Asked about wings to add she said they where plain. I should have checked before I left cause whenI got home, the pizza as cheese and had been sitting there all day very hard (not fresh at all). The wings had some kind of spice on them. I should have known cause the place was dirty when I went in and the cook had some kind of rag around his neck. We threw the pizza away and re-cooked the wings. Won't be going back even if it is just up the street from me. That's what I get for cheating on Pizza Hut
