Locals Only serves some of the best pizza in and around Baltimore—truly top-tier. The pies are consistently excellent, especially when you dine in, and even for takeout they hold up well if you ask for a crispier crust. The Brussels sprout Caesar is another standout, even if it can run a little heavy on the dressing. And for happy hour, the prices are almost unbeatable for the quality you’re getting.

First time customer . Not new to the environment however. I don’t usually do reviews but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Let’s start with , how the server should be wiping my arm right now, from her spit, and the constant chewing of her gum. And let’s go back to how we sat for a very long time and still had another customer served before us. Definitely don’t recommend, unless it’s a different server or maybe a different host? I ordered the Brussels sprout salad with grilled chicken. The salad itself was very delicious, the chicken was pretty dry and flavorless. And they didn’t put no silverware or napkins in my bag.
