I hate to complain but my husband and i walked around 5pm and was told they didn't have anything until 6:30. We walked out and i made a reservation for 5pm via open table and went back inside. We were still told by the female hostess there wasn't availability, a male host with locks in his hair offered 2 tables one with an out time of 7pm. We just drove from Philly and were pretty hungry so we wouldn't be taking 2 hours. Also, my friend came in like 20 minutes after me and was seated right away which was rather odd because she walked in like i did because she drove from Philly as well. I ordered the beer mussels and was severed the mussels in white wine sauce, the server took a minute to check on us so i just ate them. They were good but not what i ordered. My experience was lackluster to say the least. I tipped the male hostess $20 for accomodating me.

Excellent food. Servers and hosts were friendly and welcoming. Dining was close quarters for a busy, cold New Year's Eve. Had the best filet mignon ever! Thank you, Atlas, for such wonderful dining experiences!

My wife and I love going to the Loch Bar. It has been a tradition of ours to enjoy Happy Hour there every New Year's Eve. We enjoy the soup, the oysters, the lobster roll, and the selection of drinks. The view outside is great and we never have an issue with parking as the valet is available.

My second time here. Took my family for a post Christmas dinner. Excellent food, service and ambiance just like last time! Love this place. Our server Isabella was amazing.

We remember the location where Victor's once stood with classic Italian fare and great views of the harbor. Then along came the first Four Seasons Hotel to Baltimore. We then spent time in the lobby with our laptops and phones as if we were working,,, This recent adventure was a request of out of town guests that live on the fly. Knowing anywhere you want a go too place and a reservation Open Table will hopefully get you there effortlessly! I arrived in a timely manner and was greeted with warmth and professionalism, our seating request seemed a tad awkward to me except I was following my guests preferences. Your hostess and team went above and beyond to accommodate our seating. The server was exceptional and provided details about our menu choices, offering a balanced selection to the Happy Hour menu with Loch Bar. All in all a good time. Post Happy Hour we ventured out for Irish Coffees finding another establishment in the Atlas Restaurant Group. The stunning James Joyce with the original Manger still at the helm... no further comment. It's BALTIMORE a city with history and treasured memories, we BELIEVE!

We are huge fans of Loch bar. This was our first time trying them for brunch and we were less than impressed. The only decent items we had were the crab soup and oysters. We had 4 breakfast entrees. Everything was bland , basic , and flavorless. It was an awful experience. The bacon was way overdone. Grits seemed instant.

Best oysters and top shelf choices of whiskies I've ever had - always a pleasure to attend this fine establishment when in the city of Baltimore

Amazing food and phenomenal service. Pretty noisy on a busy Friday night so keep that in mind when booking.

Such a great spot for out of town guests! Water view, lobster rolls were outstanding. After dinner we headed up to the Bygone for cocktails and Instagram worthy high rise views of Baltimore and harbor. Picture Perfect evening!

Chose this restaurant for lunch, we have walked past it many times during the summer season and was just curious to try. The restaurant was not very busy during the lunchtime on Friday, which was great for us. We ordered lamb kebab, oyster Rockefeller to start. Main dish was salmon blackened over tomato risotto. The lamb kebab was very good. The oyster Rockefeller was dominated by cheese and the sauce lacked flavor depth, as for the main dish the blackened salmon was cooked perfectly however it lacked seasoning as well. The tomato risotto was very acidic. It was missing something that could have balance the flavor, I was not really sure if they were trying to make a play on paella, but was not bad overall. My waiter was very professional and accommodating. One thing that stood out to me from a business perspective was during this less than busy time the bar seem like a gathering spot for the employees and that's not good for optics.

The food is fine, nothing amazing but good. The service was great! If you want a salad just know its big enough to share. Especially the Cesar salad. If you love cheese its for you. A crazy overload of cheese.

This restaurant delivers flashes of excellence, though not without notable missteps. The cream of crab soup, a Maryland staple that should showcase richness balanced with generous lump crab, leaned too heavily on cream and offered disappointingly little crab meat. It felt more like a thickened base than a true celebration of the key ingredient. Fortunately, the kitchen redeemed itself with the oysters and sea bass, both standouts. The oysters arrived fresh and briny, while the sea bass was expertly prepared, boasting a delicate flake and clean, vibrant seasoning that highlighted the fish without overshadowing it. These dishes revealed the restaurant's true culinary potential. While the food found its rhythm in places, the overall guest experience struggled. The exterior of the restaurant is poorly lit, making it difficult to locate, particularly for first-time visitors arriving after dark. Once inside, the ambience leans heavily into volume rather than atmosphere. The music was turned up far too loud, creating an ongoing battle for conversation across the table. The live performance only intensified the problem; the singer's volume reached concert levels, overwhelming the dining room rather than enhancing it. There are strong elements here, especially from the raw bar and seafood entrées, but the restaurant would benefit greatly from rebalancing its ambience to match the quality of its kitchen. A more thoughtful approach to lighting and sound would allow the culinary highlights to truly shine.

The experience was good, the waiter was great. I have one serious problem my bill was inflated and did not reflect the true cost of some orders😡
