I've tried to purchase food from this location on 3 separate occasions. On all 3, they claimed they were either out of, or didn't carry at this location the items I requested. The person on the drive thru speaker was not very friendly nor did they apologize. Definitely not

Cashier was nice but I asked for a cup of tap water because medical conditions prevent me from drinking acidic drinks. They charged me $2.80 for the cup of water. Not going back.

I went to KFC on 5/28/2023 on Sinclair Lane in Baltimore City Sunday. I tried to open the door, and the sever told me I needed to go the drive thru. I informed him I do not have a car, and he said just go around there, and they will help you. I went around it was a young man who waited on me. I gave him my order. He said, "Can you step back cause I wanted to wait on this car?" It went from one car to three cars. The fourth one is when he asked me to come and get my food. I told him why the door is locked, and he said they did not have a cashier. However, I checked my food and it was cold. I went back to the window, and this time, it was a lady their. I told lady my food is cold. She shut the window in my face and was fussing and cussing why I was standing there. Young came back to the window, and the food was cold. I was so upset that the lady did handle it. Come find out she manger or shift supervisor. This was at 6:30 pm. BEAWEAR This KFC IS NOT a GOOD PLACE to get KFC. RUN

Went through the drive thru yesterday. Was trying to order a 16 piece fish meal with 4 mashed potatoes and gravy and was told I could only have one mashed potatoes and gravy. That I hade to order coleslaw and corn as well. 5000 Sinclair Lane don't bother. They tell you what you can eat.?

Came through drive through to get the L4. The guy at the window was very nice. I got my food and it was salty, greasy and hard. Warm not hot. I came back to get a refund and the cashier requested it from a plus size light skin lady with locs. All I heard her say was “give it to her because I’m not doing it. Her food just came up so how is it hard”. Because it is. Either the grease is old or you had my food sitting. It ain’t like I had to wait for it to come out of the grease. It was ready instantly. But if you have an issue with people asking for a refund, find a new job. Preferably not in customer service
