We have actually been going here for years however probably the 1st time received horriable customer service. I think majority of it has to do with the new management they are definitely culturally insensitive if you're not black. Which I understand this location is in a majority black area neighborhood but at the least they should learn how to speak to other people absolutely an educated management. I even took the time out of my day to call the District manager to let him know how bad that 1 location is. Personally I would just say take your business elsewhere!!!!

The manger of this store needs to be retained 1000%. Failed to talk to the customer walking away from the front line. Getting into a verble fight with many customers. Do to this manger 1 star rate and the young lady that waited on us needs that place of mgr. Asap.

Got to this location at 1025am and was told the grease is not ready. It would be 15-20mins before I could order. 1040am rolls around and the doors are still locked and the location should open at 1030 as it says on the door. These people need to get here early and start the grease and open on time and not have me waiting with all these other food options open in the area!
