employees are unprofessional and rude. visited on 9/28 and when it was our turn in line, the cashier just stared at us without saying anything. and the girl scooping ice cream was very hostile when i asked for a cup.
ice cream was okay, but for $4 a scoop, one would expect bare minimum customer service AT LEAST

Ice cream was bla threw away my vanilla milkshake. Plus a crazy loud fan going as you enter the door that's broken and so annoying. My wife and I threw ours away after trying it.

Great selections, fast service! Orders and paid for at the register and you have to listen for them to call out the flavor you ordered.

The lady at the counter is LUCKY to have a job with that attitude. Not helpful, very rude. IDK why management continues to keep people like her around. Customers continue to complain in their reviews & vow not to return to this establishment as there are other choices in this area. We were here on 4/28/25 in the late afternoon. The rude person is a heavy set, light skinned women of color wearing a head wrap. Do better and it will show in your business/reviews!
