The ice cream is fine, although a few tubs were coated in ice crystals. There were two workers when we came in on a Friday at 12:30pm. No one greeted us, nor did they walk over to see if we’d like ice cream while we were holding our kids up to show them the flavors. I had to go over to one and ask for a sample, she sent the guy over to us. No words were spoken from them to us. They still stood by the register watching TV while we ordered what we wanted. The only word spoken...
Food would be 5 stars but y’all took away the thick caramel syrup , the new light one just doesn’t taste as good. I come every morning for the frappe’s. I’m just disappointed in the decline in quality, those frappe’s were just that good!
Great ice cream - great location near harbor but when I got chocolate ice cream on my shirt they wouldn’t let me into the bathroom to clean it. Thanks for the sweet treat but I won’t be returning. ?
