Normally the crabs are great but not today. I guess I received empty crabs. It wasn't worth the price I paid for medium females.

Avoid This Place – Worst Crabs & Even Worse Customer Service

I had a terrible experience here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I ordered a dozen and a half XL/Jumbo crabs but was overcharged for small/medium ones. The owner still rang it up as large—and if it hadn’t been a holiday, I would’ve walked out.

They weren’t even busy; I passed several packed spots on the way, but their lobby was completely empty. Their phone wasn’t working either, so they can’t use that as an excuse.

The young woman at the front desk was professional, and the owner’s wife was respectful—but the owner himself was incredibly rude and dismissive. I expect he’ll respond here to deny everything, which will just further prove how unprofessional he is.

The crabs? Mushy, full of water, clearly had been sitting. Small and flavorless—absolutely not worth the two-hour wait. People who came in after me got served and left before I did.

Save your money and your time. Anything for a dollar seems to be this place’s motto. The owner should be ashamed.

The shrimp was salty and taste like the ones you get out the bag at the grocery stores!! The crabs was alright but wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! The butter was regular butter from out the jar just was melted and placed in a new jar!! 2/10 never spending money there again

Dana Mackey I have seen your place for years traveling up and down Belair Rd but unfortunately had never stopped BUT I know you're a staple in the community. It wasn't until I was with my sistergirlfriend Courtney's SoothingHands and she said "Pooh before we go home, let's stop here for some crabs" and she got crabs and shared with me....they were AMAZING, that was last week...As you can see, yesterday I was back to get my more and will continue to come back. This gentle giant gave me great customer svc. Please go support him. In the cut at Belair Rd and Moravia 4203 Sanner Avenue

I can't believe I wasted $70 on this 2x curry chicken and curry goat! The whole thing was just bones, barely any meat. I mean everyone’s tray was the same. I felt like we were on a scavenger hunt for meat that wasn’t there. I’m so disappointed because I used to really enjoy their food. But now their a total rip-off! This place has seriously fallen off. The macaroni was dry with no cheese in the noodles, just some burnt-ass top layer of some low-quality cheese. Plus, goat meat isn’t that sought after for them to be so stingy with the meat. Their crab house used to be ok as well. They must get the last pick for crabs versus everybody else in the city because their crabs and the quality of the seafood is bullshit. They don’t clean their shrimp and over-season them, the crabs be full of water with no meat as if they were already picked—ha, imagine that—or have hella seasoning on but smell like ammonia on the inside. Total scam. I will never go back, and I strongly urge everyone else to avoid wasting their money here. Be aware, folks—this establishment is not worth it! Definitely went downhill in the last few years. Sad case

It's been awhile since I have ordered and I should have been left a review but I'm here now. I have ordered from them multiple times in the last 6 years.We would drive from the westside of town just to come here, the customer service was always on point and the crabs were always tasty! I definitely need to go get some just to update my review. Go try them out you won't be disappointed!

These are not Medium crabs! Lost $90

Must be out of business been sitting here for a couple hours no one’s here doors locked. Update your hours or post a sign saying you’re out of business!

They were delicious, will be back... your fried crabs are also awesome... my husband gets one once a week.... 5 stars.

Crabs were terrible. Dumping a bunch of seasoning on crabs is not seasoning the crab. The steamer was rude disrespectful and cursing on the phone when I told him the crabs were not very good. The crabs were dead when they were cooked, watery and had a foul odor. Place smelled fishy just terrible overall. They were not heavy at all.

Mackey have never disappointed us.
Mac 's crabs have a unique favoring to them and are always juicy and heavy. Very fulfilling
