I had heard so many wonderful things about Magdalena! So I requested as a birthday present, to be taken to this fabulous restaurant. The restaurant may look the part of fine dining, but the service was anything but. Our waitress, Emma, abruptly stopped waiting on our table mid-meal—no explanation, no reassignment, just gone. When we raised this to the manager, her response was flippant, defensive, and frankly, insulting.
